１９５８年横浜市に生まれる。大学卒業後の１９８１年から２００１年まで京都市及び宇治市に在住。ドイツ短期駐在を経て、現在、横浜市在住。３２年間のサラリーマン生活に終止符を打ち、フリーランスとなる。２００９年よりオリンパスデジタルカレッジで写真家 斎藤巧一郎 氏に出会い、写真を本格的に始める。 同時期に写真家 佐々木啓太 氏 並びに清水哲朗  氏からも多大な影響を受ける。２０１３年より日本写真学院で写真家 岡嶋和幸 氏に指導を乞いマスタークラスまで終了する。現在、オリンパスのプロ会員。 主な写真展は「めぐりあい」(東京・熊本）、「東京・横浜 ビルディングス 2013-2015」(東京)、「Within 8 hours -限りあるなかで-」などがある。 Birth place is Yokohama in 1958. Fumiaki Ogoshi lived in Kyoto and Uji city after the graduation of university. Ater short-term residence in Germany, I am living Yokohama city again. I resign as an engineer for 32 years and become the freelance. I meet the photographer “Mr. Koichiro, Saito” in Olympus digital college from 2009, and begin a photograph seriously. At the same time, I was influenced by the other photographers “Mr. Keita, Sasaki” and “Mr. Tetsuro, Shimizu”. In 2013, I started to learn about a photography at “JCOP (Japan Center of Photography)” and finished to a master class under the instruction of the photographer “Mr. Kazuyuki, Okajima”. Currently, I am a professional member of OLYMPUS. The main photo exhibitions are “Meguriai”, "Tokyo / Yokohama Buildings 2013 - 2015" and "Within 8 Hours - In the limited living environment -".
