ロフトワークの共同創業者、代表取締役社長。2000年、クリエイティブの新しい形の流通を目指しクリエイターコミュニティ「loftwork.com」をスタートし、株式会社ロフトワークを設立。自身もクリエイティブディレクターとして活躍してきた経験を活かし、「loftwork.com」を日本最大級のクリエイターコミュニティに成長させる。近年は、Webプラットフォームの有効活用をテーマとしたセミナー・講演、執筆活動を精力的に行い、企業経営とWebのシナジーを高める提案を積極的に行ってます。 1971年米国サンディエゴ生まれ。 慶応大学総合政策学部(SFC)を卒業後、JapanTimes社が設立したFMラジオ局「InterFM」(FMインターウェーブ株式会社)立ち上げに参画。クリエイティブ業務を経た後、同局最初のクリエイティブディレクターへ就任。1997年渡米。School of Visual Arts Digital Arts専攻を経て、NYでデザイナーとして活動。2000年にロフトワークを起業。 Twitter：@suwaws Mitsuhiro Suwa is the Co-Founder and President of the new-style creative agency Loftwork Inc. In 2000, with the aim of making a new infrastructure for creative talents, he started up the creative network "loftwork.com." Using his own experience working as a creative director, he is developing "loftwork.com" into one of Japan's greatest creative infrastructures. In recent years, he has put a lot of energy into giving seminars and lectures, and writing materials on the topic of the effective use of Web platforms. I was born in San Diego, US, in 1971. After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Policy Management (SFC,) I took part in the start-up of the FM radio station established by JapanTimes, "InterFM" (FM Inter-Wave Inc.) I contributed to the radio station as the first creative director. After　this creative task, he went to the US in 1997, and after majoring in Digital Arts at the School of Digital Arts, worked as a designer in New York. I established Loftwork Inc. in the year 2000.
