MOUNTAIN HOUSE 代表 / Mom & Dad Japan プロジェクトリーダー 京都在住。外国籍パートナーとの国際家庭で子育てをしながら、地域で多文化家庭のサポートに取り組んでいます。 これまで約10年間、外国人支援や人材紹介の現場で、企業・行政・地域団体と連携しながら課題解決に携わってきました。 妊娠・出産期に情報不足や制度の壁に直面した経験から、「もっとわかりやすく、多文化家庭に届く情報が必要」と痛感。 2024年に多文化子育て支援プロジェクト Mom & Dad Japan を立ち上げ、情報発信やコミュニティづくりを進めています。 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Representative of MOUNTAIN HOUSE / Project Leader of Mom & Dad Japan Based in Kyoto, I am raising a child in a multicultural family with my foreign partner while working to support international families in Japan. For nearly 10 years, I have been involved in solving issues related to foreign residents, collaborating with companies, local governments, and community organizations. Through my own pregnancy and postpartum experience, I realized how difficult it can be for multicultural families to access clear, reliable information. In 2024, I launched Mom & Dad Japan, a project dedicated to providing accessible information and building supportive communities for international families raising children in Japan.
