If you design your manufacturing procedure using adhesives, one of the primary concerns is, "Will the adhesive consist of one component or two?" (I.e., is it just one liquid, or does it have to be two that somehow mix?). It is often assumed the one-part process is more effective and less difficult to manage. However, while this is generally the case, engineers are often shocked to discover the flexibility that two-part adhesives can provide.
