¡Hola! 

This week we have been experimenting with new cocktails to offer you at Concha Latina Tokyo. In this post you can see chicha morada, a typical drink from Peru made from purple corn.  It's so delicious and refreshing! Here you can find it accompanied by fried corn or canchitas. This is a special corn different from popcorn, it doesn't explode and it has a nice soft texture.

We are almost finishing our first week of our crowdfunding in CAMPFIRE, and we reached quite a good amount of money! From La Concha Latina Tokyo team we want to thank you all for your donations. Step by step you are contributing to our new project and we are closer to reach our goal :)

今週はコンチャ·ラティーナ·トーキョーのカクテルメニューの試作をしました。このカクテルは、赤紫色のとうもろこしをスパイスと一緒に煮出しています。一緒に見えるのはカンチータというこれまたとうもろこしを揚げたものです。こちらは白いとうもろこしで、ポップコーンの材料となるとうもろこしと違い、揚げると皮がカリッ、中がホックリとお芋のような食感です。

そろそろCAMPFIRE一週目が終わります。初日から今日まで、たくさんのご支援をいただき、コンチャ·ラティーナ·トーキョープロジェクトメンバー一同より、皆様に感謝申し上げます。
