That you want to achieve with this project

I would like to purchase a 3d resin printer that I could use to print out prototypes of Exhibition booths I design for various companies so that the company ordering the project can have a physical miniature representation of the booth before it is built. I would also like to print out 3d character designs I create to be used in a master mold for reproduction to be sold online.

Reasons why I wanted to do the project

In my many years creating 3d, I have always wanted to have physical representations of the things I create, so I assume that my customers would as well. So, I purchased a 3d printer kit and built my own 3d printer. This was fun and rewarding to be able to hold my ideas in my hands but the quality of a Prusa kit 3d printer is not high enough to sell the prints to customers. This is why I would like to purchase a resin printer for this project as the amount of detail that can be achieved is second to none.

Activities so far

I have spent the last three years building a few PLA 3d printers and creating personal art projects with them.Recently I have made numerous designs for the exhibition booth market. Many of my clients have expressed interest in having a 3d model of the approved design printed in miniature format to present to the final client.

Implementation schedule

Funds are released.

(Immediately) Printer and supplies are purchased.  Within 2 weeks all supplies should arrive.

(Within 1 week of funds being released) Brochures and printed documentation of new services created.

(2 weeks after funds are released) Printer arrives and is calibrated and thank you prints will begin to be printed.

(Begins within 1st week of funds being released, finished by 3rd week) Website designed and posted.

(Immediately after website is posted) Meeting with current clients to explain new printing services.

(Completed by 4th week) All rewards for crowd funders are sent out.
