Dear CABIN customers and friends,

As you may already know, CABIN has been temporarily closed due to Covid-19 since April 13th. We were hoping things would get back to normal after the month long shutdown (which was supposed to end on May 7) but now the state of emergency has been extended until May 31st amid fears over a second wave of new cases.

Like many other businesses, CABIN has been greatly affected by this pandemic. Even though we have been closed for almost a month now, rent, utilities, insurance and employee paychecks are still due. We have applied for the government-funded disaster relief funds but we still don't know when that will be processed.

In order to keep our business alive during these trying times, we have decided to start an online fundraiser. All proceeds will be go directly into covering operational costs. In appreciation for your support, we have created a special collection for your consideration (drink tickets, bottle keep and private party plans). All the details are on the right side of this page so please take a look.

We humbly ask for your support that will help us cover the cost of keeping our family business afloat. We appreciate all the support we have received from our wonderful community.

「CABIN」は中目黒の目黒川沿いにある山小屋をイメージしたラスティックなダイニングウィスキーバー。和とアジアンテイストを融合した肉料理やカクテルが楽しめ、カクテルのみならずメインとする各国のウィスキー、そしてワイン、リキュール、地ビール等も揃えております。

お店が作られた背景

バンクーバーの「山小屋」をイメージして作りました。「CABIN」は家族、恋人、友人、同僚、お客様同士が一体となり雰囲気を楽しみながら普段の都会暮らしから解放できるダイニングバーであって欲しいと考えております。

私たちのお店のこだわり

ウイスキーとクラフトカクテルの専門店です。お客様がここに来て下さった際に、山小屋にいるのような雰囲気を味わえるという雰囲気作りを心がけています。山小屋といっても、カナダにあるようなCABINをイメージしてます。まるでそこに行ったかのような感覚を味わえるアットホームな感じのお店になっています。
