▼このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

以前から作っていたミニチュア刀で、最初はいわゆる釘ナイフからだんだん特殊鋼製等こだわった物を作るようになり、より多種多様なミニチュア刀を販売したくなったのでプロジェクトを立ち上げました！

▼これまでの活動

SKH2(上と真中)・SKH51(下、いずれもハイス鋼に分類される特殊合金鋼)製の試作品を作ったりしています。

SKH2をはじめハイス鋼全般は高価であり加工し辛く、さらに特殊な熱処理が必要なので手間がかかりますがその分硬度や耐久力に優れた刃物が完成します。

さらにコーティングを施して耐摩耗性や耐腐食性を強化しより優れた性質にしたり、金色・青色・銀色・黒色といった見栄えがいい刀も作ることができるようになります。

上記4種はコンクリート釘を鍛造して作った釘ナイフ型のミニチュア刀です。

市販されているナイフと比較して軟らかめの材質なので耐摩耗性に劣りますが、研ぎなおしが容易でしかも安価に調達できます。

打刀型(上2種)と短刀型(下2種)があります。

▼資金の使い道

I would like to use it for materials cost of a new sword, expenses for heat treatment and coating, etc. I would also like to use it for expanding sales channels and advertising expenses in the Internet etc.

既におなじみのアミュレットストラップやミニチュア刀を設定したいと思います。

ミニチュア刀は随時追加する予定です。

▼Introduction Greeting

I am Ryosuke who runs an online shop at Ryosuke's store.

▼What you want to realize with this project

It was a miniature sword we had been making since the beginning, so we started making things sticking from so-called nail knife gradually made of special steel etc, and we wanted to sell more diverse miniature swords so we started the project!

▼Activities up to now

We are also making prototypes made of T1 (top and middle) and M2 (bottom, special alloy steel classified as high speed steel).

T1 and high-speed steel in general are expensive, hard to process, further special heat treatment is required, so it takes time and effort to complete a knife with excellent hardness and durability.

Furthermore, coating can be applied to strengthen abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, making it excellent properties, or you can also make swords that look good like gold, blue, silver, black.

The above four types are miniature swords of the nail knife type made by forging concrete nails.

It is inferior to wear resistance as it is soft material compared with the commercially available knife, but it is easy to sharpen and can be procured inexpensively.

There are a sword type (upper two kinds) and a dagger type (lower two types).

I would like to use it for new Katana's material cost, heat treatment and coating cost, and to expand sales channels and advertising expenses etc. on the Internet etc.

▼About return items

I'd like to set already familiar amulet straps and miniature swords.

Miniature Katana are planned to be added from time to time.
