はじめまして。愛知県あま市・大治町にて障がいのある方々の就労支援施設を運営している「あ・うん」と「chord」です。事業所では様々な特性をお持ちの方々が働かれていますが…

We called 「あ・うん」and「chord」 manage starting working support facility for a person with disabilities in Ama-city and Oharu-town, Aichi pref.
The people in our facility have several kinds of disabilities. 

【事業所紹介】Introduction
株式会社ドリームアテイン／就労継続支援B型事業所「あ・うん」

現状として愛知県内の就労支援施設（B型）の平均工賃（令和2年度）は時給で約235円 、最低月額で約16,000円です（愛知県ホームぺージ「愛知県における就労継続支援事業所（A型・B型）の工賃実績について」より抜粋）。多くの就労支援施設は「工賃が安い」それによって「自立できない」という大きな課題を抱えています。
Currently people who use facility like this type in Aichi Pref. get roughly 235 yen 
per hour only in 2020.
It is too small compared to Aichi minimum salary 960 yen per hour.
Not only our facility also most of facilities face this situation and problem that it is very 
hard for them to become independent.    

【私たちが目指す姿】Our target  

皆さんもご存知の通り日本の人口は年々減少傾向かつ労働人口も減少していきます。
障がいのある方々が「労働力」となる事で将来の社会的な課題を解決する一つの要素になると考えており利用者さんも施設を卒業（就職）し、社会の一員として労働力に加わることを目指しています。

As you may know, total population and working-age population in Japan toward
to the future will decrease.
We believe it is possible to solve those problem if the person with disabilities may
become working force.
So we try to send our member (a person with disabilities ) to become a member of a
society as our target.

しかしながら、現状いくつかの課題があり、私たちの目指す姿にたどり着きにくいのも事実です。
However, it is slightly hard to reach our target due to some problem.

【現状の課題】Current problem
軽作業→工賃が安い→モチベーションが下がる→自立が難しい→低作業
という負のスパイラルに。

【今回頑張ること！】Our challenge
就労支援施設の課題解決と私たちの目指す姿を実現するために、負のスパイラルの中の「軽作業」の部分に着目、工作KITを作成する事で軽作業を中作業にすることで課題を解決していきたいと考えます。
To achive our target, we will try to introduce middle work with preparing craft kits instead of light work. 
We believe some problem may be solved after middle work introduction.

中作業を導入する事で
中作業→工賃アップ→モチベーションアップ→自立　と負のスパイラルからの脱却を目指す事ができると考えています。
We believe we will be able to get out of a downward spiral after middle work 
introducution.

＜中作業と狙い＞Why Middle work introduced?
ハンダ付けや電気配線といった現状実施できていない作業を新たに取り組む事で、今まで就職できなかった分野にも出ていく事ができ、自立に向けた道が開けて来ると考えています。
What we never done like soldering or wiring process support us to get great future.
For example, finding new fields we never sent our member. 

工賃アップや自立について、決して盲目的な支援ではなく自分たちが頑張って実現する
という強い想いを持って臨みます。
We try to achive higher wage and independent by our self-sufficient 
with strong determination. 

商品（リターン）について　Items information

商品D～Nについては海外発送を行っていないため、海外居住の方は選択できません。
Item #D to ＃N are not available for shipping internationally, so the persons risiding overseas can not select them.
Nevertheless, you can choose Item #A to #C.

商品GとJについては愛知県あま市・大治町内の事業所にお越し頂く必要がありますが、
キット送料のお値引きと作品完成のお約束という２つの特典付きになります。
When you choose Item #G and #J, you have to come to the facilities located in Ama-city or Oharu-town , Aichi pref.
We can discount shipping fee and spend time until finish with customers as purchase benefits.

【支援の流れ】Shipping flow
皆さんからご注文いただいた工作キット（リターン）を、利用者が受注生産します。
夏休みに間に合うよう7月中旬に郵送予定です。お楽しみに！
After Application Closed, our member will prepare craft kits we ordered.
Then we will ship them to custmers by mid of July, before summer vacation.

目標金額８０万円の使い道 Way to use money

・ 20万円：障がいのある方の工賃 Wage for a person with disabilities
・ 35万円：電気部品・プラスチックパイプの材料費等 Electricity parts, Plastic parts fee , etc
・ 10万円：リターン品送料 shipping fee
・ 15万円：クラウドファンディングの手数料他事務手数料 Handling fee for Crowdfunding , etc,

スケジュール Schedule

● 4月20日（水）20th Apr
クラウドファンディングスタート  Start crowdfunding

● 6月20日（月）20th Jun 
クラウドファンディング終了 Finish crowdfunding
工作キットの作成を開始 Start making craft kits

● 7月中旬（夏休み前）Mid of Jul
受注生産にて、順次発送 Ship craft kits as soon as preparations
