【Venture Cafe Tokyo コロナウィルスへの対策について/ Precautionary Measures for Venture Café Tokyo against the Coronavirus (COVID-19)】

コミュニティの皆さま、

いつもVenture Cafe Tokyoの活動を応援していただき、ありがとうございます。

ご存知の通り、コロナウィルスの感染リスクが日本でも急激に高まっています。Venture Cafe Tokyo でも、本件に最大限の注意を払い、下記方針で運営させていただいております。大変お手数ですが、コミュニティメンバーの皆様の大切な健康を守るために、ご理解・ご協力をいただきたく、よろしくお願いいたします。

1. 公表されているコロナウィルスの予防に関するガイドラインに則り、体調の優れない方、咳や発熱の症状がある方は、参加をご遠慮ください。

2.ご来場時には、手洗い・咳エチケットなどのマナーをご自身で守っていただくよう、お願いいたします。会場に常備している消毒液も積極的にご利用ください。

3. 万一、ご体調の優れない様子の方、頻繁な咳などの症状が見られる方は、スタッフからお声がけさせていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

４. 当面、Thursday Gatheringでの飲み物の提供は見合わせを予定しておりますが、持参された飲み物がある場合は、飲みかけ、あるいは飲み終わった容器を放置されることのないよう、十分ご注意ください。所定のゴミ箱にご自身で責任を持って廃棄いただくよう、お願いいたします。

５. セッション以外のネットワーキングスペースにおいても、感染防止のマナーやエチケットをご自身で守っていただくようお願いいたします。

６. Venture Cafe Tokyoのプログラム開催方針は、感染拡大の状況を鑑みながら、定期的に見直してまいります。随時ウェブサイトやメールマガジンなどで情報発信いたしますので、ご確認ください。

全員で協力し、安全で快適な環境を創っていきたいと思います。

Dear Community Members,

Thank you for always supporting the activities of Venture Café Tokyo and our Thursday Gathering events.

As you know, the risk of coronavirus infection is increasing rapidly in Japan.
At Venture Café Tokyo, we are paying the utmost attention to this matter and will operate according to the following policies (until further notice). We apologize for the inconvenience, but with the objective of protecting the health of our community members in mind, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.

1. If you are unwell, have symptoms of cough and/or fever, follow the published guidelines (by the government/authorities) for Corona virus prevention, and we ask that you respectfully do not participate in-person at our Thursday Gathering events.

2. Please be sure to follow proper etiquette such as washing/sanitizing your hands and covering your mouth as you cough during our event. Please also use the sanitizer(s) that will be available at the venue at our Thursday Gathering.

3. Venture Café Tokyo assumes all rights to confront and assist anyone who participates when showing symptoms such as frequent coughing, sneezing, and general fatigue (signs of being unwell), and may end in escort out of the event.

4. For the foreseeable future of our events (including Thursday Gathering) we will not be providing a drink service. If you have any drinks with you on the premise, be careful not to let your drink out of site and/or leave the container by itself after consuming. Please dispose of it in the designated trash container when finished or no longer needed.

5. Items 1 through 4 are not constrained to just the session space and/or the networking space but to all spaces that embody the certain week’s Thursday Gathering (and/or all events) by Venture Café Tokyo.

6. Venture Cafe Tokyo's policy for holding programs (including Thursday Gathering’s) will be reviewed periodically and in a timely manner, taking into account the spread of infection, and other sources. Please make sure to frequently check the Venture Café Tokyo website and digital newsletter(s) will be sent whenever an important update is made.
