田舎ネタや、お外に行くと絶対になにか珍しい体験をして返ってくるお話、

I share stories about rural life, and whenever I go outside, I always come back with some unusual experiences to share.  

他にもお料理がとても苦手なのでゲテモノ料理トークも得意です！

最近は生焼けの鶏レバーで胃腸炎になりました🐓💦

I'm also terrible at cooking, so I'm good at talking about exotic dishes! Recently, I got gastroenteritis from chicken liver. 🐓💦

この度、ずっと憧れていた「3Dモデル」を作成して

みんなともっと近くでお話ができたら、

楽しい時間や思い出が作れたらという夢を叶えるべく

きっかけは3つあります！

1つ目はVRChatに足を踏み入れたこと！👀

It all started when I stepped into VRChat! 👀

今私はVRChatにて沢山の方と交流し、

私の活動を知ってもらう機会を増やしています！

Now I'm interacting with many people on VRChat and increasing the opportunities for them to learn about my activities!

VRChatはVtuberやyoutuberに興味がある方が

国内外問わず多い印象があります🐝

It seems like there are many people both domestically and internationally who are interested in Vtubers and YouTubers. 🐝

実際short動画をあげるよりも、

チャンネル登録や配信を見に来てくれる方が多いように感じています！

In fact, I feel like more people subscribe to my channel or watch my streams than those who watch my short videos!

だけど、やまねの今の見た目は配布アバターです。

However, my current appearance in VRChat is a Initial avatar avatar.

なのでよく「それはあなたのビジュなのか」と聞かれてしまったり、

勘違いをさせてしまうことがよくあります..💦

So I often get asked, “Is that your visual?” or end up causing misunderstandings... 💦

だからこそ自分の3Dモデルを作成して

That's why I want to create my own 3D model

「どんなビジュのVtuberかわかりやすいようにしたい！！！」

to make it clear what kind of visual Vtuber I am!!!

そしてもう一つはVRChatの中で

自分の3Dフルトラッキングの方たちと出会ったことです。

Another reason is meeting people in VRChat who use 3D full-tracking.

全身で喜びを表現できたり、ダンスが踊れたり、彼らを見ているうちに

Being able to express joy with my whole body, dance, and watching them,

「この技術を使って配信をしてみたい！！

I thought, "I want to use this technology for streaming!!

もっとリスナーのみんなと近い距離感でお話ししたい！

I want to talk with listeners at a closer distance!

リスナーのみんなと更に色々な思い出を作りたいっ！」

と思うようになりました！

2つ目は、活動当初からやっていた｢愛媛県のご当地活動を更に極めたい！｣という思いが最近更に強くなってきていることです。

Also, recently I have been feeling even stronger that I want to further develop the local activities in Ehime Prefecture that I have been involved in since the beginning.

先日7月28日、地方創生グループVRegion friendsに参加しました。

On July 28th, I participated in the regional revitalization group VRegion friends.

現在理由あって京都府に住んでいます。

I currently live in Kyoto Prefecture for a reason.

愛媛から離れることで愛媛の魅力を再確認し、今まで以上に大好きな愛媛県をもっと皆に知ってほしいという思いが強くなり今回参加に踏切ました。

By leaving Ehime, I have reaffirmed its charm and my desire for everyone to know even more about my beloved Ehime Prefecture has grown stronger, which is why I decided to participate this time.

これからはもっともっと愛媛の魅力を伝える活動がしたいです。

From now on, I want to engage in more activities to promote the charm of Ehime.

私の思うVTuber像はリアルの肌や手等の露出のない活動方針を取っているVTuberです。

My image of a VTuber is one who follows a policy of not exposing real skin, hands, etc.

だからこそ今回の3D化はこれからご当地VTuberとして色々なスポットや物を紹介する時に必要になります。

そして3つ目、個人的な話になりますが、

私は現在、いくつかの病気と闘いながら活動を続けています。

Additionally, on a personal note, 

I am currently continuing my activities while battling several illnesses.

症状が悪化して活動を休止してしまったこともありました..

There were times when my symptoms worsened and I had to take a break from activities...

それでも数か月以上も待ってくださったリスナーさんもいて、

救われた記憶がずっと頭に残っています🫶🏻

However, there were listeners who waited for me for over several months, and that memory of being saved has stayed with me forever. 🫶🏻

そういったこともあり、配信は今や生活の一部、人生の一部であり、

やまねの帰る場所、家だと思っています！！！

Because of that, streaming has become a part of my life, a part of my existence, and Yamane's home, where I belong!!!

もちろんリスナーも家族みたいなもんだと

思っています！！！！！！🧡🧡🧡

Honestly, I think of my listeners as family too!🧡🧡🧡

リアルでは翼を動かすことすらできない

そんなやまねが“Youtube”という世界で

新しい羽を動かす方法を見つけて空を飛びたいっ！🕊️

Even though I can’t move my wings in real life, I want to find a new way to spread my wings in the world of YouTube and fly through the sky! 🕊️

そして見に来てくれているみんなが「今日も１日頑張ってよかった」「明日の配信も楽しみ」と思ってもらえるような活動がしたいです！💪

And I want to create content that makes everyone who comes to watch think, “Today was worth the effort” and “I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s stream!” 💪

去年の終わり頃から3Dモデルの

制作に向けて具体的な準備を始めていました！！

Since the end of last year, I’ve been making concrete preparations for creating a 3D model!!

けれど、いざ本格的に動き出してみると、

3Dモデルを制作するためには、想像以上に大きな予算が

必要になることが分かりました。

However, once I started moving forward in earnest, I realized that creating a 3D model requires a much larger budget than I had imagined.  

もちろん制作に向けて資金の準備はしているのだけれど、

今のままでは難しいというのが正直なところでした。

Of course, I am preparing funds for the project, but to be honest, it’s difficult as things stand now.

このまま少しづつお金を貯めることも考えましたが、このペースでは何年かかるか分からないこと、

I thought about saving money little by little, but I didn't know how many years it would take at this rate.

そして昨今のVTuberの世界を見ていると成功している人の身にもいつ何が起こるのか分からないような危うい部分を感じています。

And when I look at the world of VTubers today, it seems like even successful people have an element of risk, where you never know what might happen.

またこの度指定難病の可能性があると病院で言われた際今までやれることを全て死ぬ気でやってきていなかったことをすごく後悔し、

それが主な理由でクラウドファンディングを初めました。

When the hospital told me that I might have a designated intractable disease, I felt a great deal of regret that I had not done everything I could up until then, with all my might, and that was the main reason I started crowdfunding.

そして先日8月4日に大学病院にて指定難病ではなかったことが分かりました。

Then, on August 4th, I was diagnosed at the university hospital with no illness.

今回のこれらの体験を経て

実は今回3D化にあたりやまねのデザインの要であるポンチョは

貫通を考えると現実的ではありませんでした。

In fact, for the 3D adaptation this time, the poncho, which is a key element of Yamane's design, was not practical when considering penetration.

このことからデザインの変更をする必要があり、

にゅよすけままにはいくつか案を出していただきました！！

Due to this, it was necessary to change the design, and Nyuyosuke-mama provided several proposals!!

今回は左のマフラーをつけているデザインで3Dモデルを作成します！！

This time, we will create a 3D model with the design featuring a scarf on the left!!
