おかげさまで地域住民の方から、駒テラスNO.1芸人と呼んでいただいている鳥淵智絵です。

私たちの事務所「手芸種智院」は、駒テラス西参道からすぐ近くにあり、そこを拠点に渋谷区で文化活動をさせていただいております。

私は、2010年よりバリ島との国際交流に携わらせていただいてまいりました。現地の子どもたちと GART（ガート） を用いたアート制作にも取り組み、文化や創作活動を通じ、国境を越えた文化交流を育むことを大切にしてきました。

About the Project Organizer (English)

My name is Chie Toribuchi, and thanks to the warm support of local residents, I am affectionately known as the “No.1 Comedian of Koma Terrace.”

Our studio, Shugei Shuin, is located just a short walk from Koma Terrace Nishisando, and from this base, we have been actively engaged in cultural activities within Shibuya, Tokyo.

Since 2010, I have been involved in international cultural exchange with Bali, Indonesia. Through art-making activities using GART, I have worked closely with local children, placing great importance on nurturing cross-border cultural exchange through creativity, art, and shared cultural experiences.

私たちは、日本の伝統文化である 「将棋」 の魅力を、味わいとともに世界の皆さまへお届けしたいと考えています。

「将棋くずし」など、将棋の駒を使った気軽に楽しめるゲームをご用意しており、海外の方でもすぐさまご参加できます。

また、このイベントは誰でも気軽に集まれるアットホームな雰囲気が特徴です。

あやとりや折り紙といった日本の伝統文化にも触れていただけます。

さらに、地域の皆様に見守っていただいているミントを使用した「渋谷区NO.1ミントミンティ」 をお召し上がり下さい。

What We Aim to Achieve with This Project

Through this project, we hope to share the charm of Shogi, a traditional Japanese game, along with its unique cultural flavor, with people around the world.

We will offer easy-to-enjoy games using Shogi pieces, such as “Shogi Kuzushi,” making it simple and fun for international visitors to join, even without prior experience.

This event is designed to be warm and welcoming, a place where anyone can drop in and feel at home.

Participants will also have the opportunity to experience other traditional Japanese activities, including Ayatori (string games) and Origami.

In addition, we invite you to enjoy our “Shibuya Ward No.1 Mint Mint Tea,” made with locally grown mint that has been lovingly cared for and supported by our community.

開催場所は明治神宮からすぐ「駒テラス」

明治神宮から一直線に歩いてすぐの 駒テラス西参道。その一角にある駒テラスホール にてイベントを開催いたします。

駒テラス西参道は、高架下にありながらも、落ち着いた雰囲気を感じられる場所です。

The event will be held at Koma Terrace, located just steps away from Meiji Shrine.

Koma Terrace Nishisando is an easy, straight walk from Meiji Shrine, and the event will take place at Koma Terrace Hall, situated within this area.

Although it is located beneath the railway tracks, Koma Terrace Nishisando offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere, creating a comfortable space for visitors to enjoy.

You can also enjoy the local food culture around the venue.

Near Koma Terrace, you will find a wide variety of dining options, including:

• Ramen shops
• Soba noodle restaurants
• Curry restaurants
• South Indian cuisine

We will also provide an easy-to-understand map so that international visitors can find these restaurants without getting lost.

After the event, we invite you to explore Japanese food culture at a restaurant of your choice in the neighborhood.

明治神宮ガイド & 人力車に乗って東京観光

ささやかではございますが、明治神宮の中をご一緒に歩きながらご案内させていただきます。

また、「祝人力車」という人力車サービスをご紹介することもできます。

私たちは「祝人力車」の車夫さんと仲良くさせていただいており、人力車は皆さまに安心しておすすめできる特別な体験です。

Meiji Shrine Guide & Tokyo Sightseeing by Rickshaw

As a small gesture, we will be happy to walk together with you through Meiji Shrine and offer a gentle guided introduction along the way.

We can also introduce a rickshaw service called “Iwai Rickshaw.”

We have a friendly relationship with the rickshaw drivers, and this experience is one we can confidently recommend as a safe and memorable way to enjoy Tokyo sightseeing.

明治神宮、原宿・表参道、渋谷周辺を巡る人力車の旅は、海外の方にも大変人気のある“日本らしさ”を味わえるアクティビティになっています。

A rickshaw tour around Meiji Shrine, Harajuku / Omotesando, and the Shibuya area is a highly popular activity among international visitors, offering a chance to experience the true spirit of traditional Japan.

プロジェクト立ち上げの背景

今回のプロジェクトは、 

明治神宮から駒テラス西参道まで障害物が無いのに、観光客がさまよっている所を何度も目の当たりにし、新設された駒テラス西参道までの道案内をさせていただけたらと考えました。

また、将棋遊び、あやとり、折り紙など、日本の文化を気軽に体験できる場をつくることで、文化交流のきっかけにしたいと思っています。

日本に訪れた海外の方々が、「楽しかった」「また参加したい」と思えるような、温かく開かれたイベントづくりを目指しています。

Background of the Project

This project was inspired by the many times we saw visitors wandering around, even though there are no obstacles on the route from Meiji Shrine to Koma Terrace Nishisando.

We felt that offering clear and friendly guidance to the newly established Koma Terrace Nishisando would be helpful for international visitors.

In addition, by creating a place where people can easily experience Japanese culture—such as Shogi games, Ayatori (string games), and Origami—we hope to spark meaningful cultural exchange.

Our goal is to create a warm, open, and welcoming event where visitors from overseas can truly enjoy their time in Japan and leave thinking, “That was fun—I’d love to join again.”

これまでの活動と準備状況

これまで、渋谷区のさまざまなイベントに参加しさせていただき、多くの方々とのネットワークを築いてきました。

開催場所である 「駒テラス西参道」 の使用許可もすでに得ています。

地域の皆様のご厚意により、複数のお店などにミントを置かせていただいています。駒テラス西参道さんにも鉢植えのミントを置かせていただいています。

Our Past Activities and Current Preparations

So far, we have participated in various events throughout Shibuya Ward, where we have built strong networks with many people in the local community.

We have already obtained official permission to use Koma Terrace Nishisando, which will serve as the event venue.

Thanks to the kindness and support of local residents and businesses, we have been able to place mint plants at several shops in the area.

Potted mint is also being cared for at Koma Terrace Nishisando, reflecting the warm cooperation of the community.
