はじめまして、社会保険労務士の梅津と申します。

自身の転職経験から失業保険（雇用保険）の存在を知り、社会保険や補助金などを活用すれば上手く生活できることを実感したことで、もっと法律やこの国の仕組みを知りたいと思い2023年に25歳で社会保険労務士の資格を取りました。

現在、社会保険労務士は全国で46,000人程いますが、そのうち20代は約200人前後です。この業界は年齢層が高く、今の若者と同じ目線で話せる身近な存在があまりいません。

だからこそ、20代の社会保険労務士の一人として、これからの時代を一緒に乗り越えていきたいと考えています。

インフレが進む今、多くの方が将来への不安を感じています。これからは単なる貯蓄だけでなく、制度を活用した賢い資産形成が不可欠です。私は社会保険の知識とFPの資格で得たお金の知識を組み合わせた実践的なアドバイスでみなさまのサポートをいたします。

現在の経済状況から人生100年時代を見据えた資産計画まで、総合的にサポートします。社会保険制度の活用方法、節税対策、退職金の運用などの専門知識に基づいた具体的なアドバイスをしながら、コンサルティングやライフプランの作成を行います。

Helping Young People Build a Better Future

Hello, my name is Masaki Umetsu, and I am a Labor and Social Security Attorney in Japan.

My interest in social insurance began through my own experience of changing jobs. During that time, I learned about unemployment benefits and realized that understanding Japan’s social security system, subsidies, and public support programs can make a significant difference in people’s lives.

This inspired me to learn more about Japan’s legal and social systems, and in 2023, at the age of 25, I became a Labor and Social Security Attorney.

Today, there are approximately 46,000 Labor and Social Security Attorneys in Japan, but only around 200 of them are in their twenties. Because this profession is dominated by older generations, there are very few professionals who can truly understand and relate to the challenges faced by young people today.

That is exactly why I want to be someone who can stand alongside my generation and help them navigate the future with confidence.

As inflation continues to rise, more and more people are becoming anxious about their financial future. Simply saving money is no longer enough. Making smart use of government programs, social insurance, and financial planning has become essential.

By combining my expertise as a Labor and Social Security Attorney with my knowledge as a Certified Financial Planner (FP), I aim to provide practical advice that helps people build a more secure future.

Services I Plan to Provide

I will offer comprehensive support ranging from understanding today’s economic environment to creating long-term financial plans for the “100-Year Life” era.

My services will include practical guidance on:
