書は、日本の文化の中でも人の感性の中で蠢き、墨と筆そして紙が織り成す心模様が表現できる方法の１つです。
時に言葉で伝え、時にアートのように形でバランスで伝える文化を海外に伝えたい。
我々朝玄書道会一同は、創墨家として、文字を書くという事に留まらず、
墨眼で、自然と人間の心底にあるものを 素直に表現したいと思っております。
Calligraphy is one of the ways in which people can feel Japanese culture and express thea heart in patterns made by ink, brush and paper.
I want to convey culture that communicates in a balanced manner in words and sometimes in art.
Nakajima Sensei runs a calligraphy association out of his studio in Tokyo. His members and students, as creators, don’t limit themselves to writing letters, but want to express things that connect humans to nature.
A mural for the Japanese band Unicorn ’s 100th anniversary slogan “Work hard, have fun” Calligrapher “Sempu Nakajima”. Nakajima Sensei will launch his first overseas exhibition in 2020! He recently visited New York and found Agora Gallery, a beautiful art gallery in the Chelsea area. Nakajima Sensei will spend the next year preparing for the exhibition to be held in June next year! ! !
会主『中島瞻風』にウォーホールやバスキアが才能を開花させたNew Yorkで勝負させたい！と弟子50人の思いを実現させるために今回立ち上がりました。
As the organizer of this campaign, I am standing up as the voice of Nakajima Sensei’s 50 students who hope to help Sensei share his passion across the world and to grace the people of New York, where the likes of Warhol and Basquiat blossomed their talents, with his amazing ability and artistic sense.

今回のクラウドファンディングに挑戦する國澤です。普段はヘアメイクアーティストとして活動しており目黒にヘアメイクサロン「sakura」を構えています。
今年還暦を迎える中島先生へのお祝いにと生徒50人全員で、NYの個展にむけクラウドファンディングに挑戦します！
Kunizawa is organizing this crowdfunding. I am a longtime friend and student of Nakajima Sensei. I work as a hair makeup artist and own a hair makeup salon called "Sakura" in Naka-Meguro, Tokyo.
In celebration of Nakajima Sensei, who will celebrate his 60th birthday this year, all 50 students will take on the challenge of crowdfunding for a solo exhibition in NY!

Introduction of Sempu Nakajima
中島 瞻風（SempuNakajima）
1996年 朝玄書道会設立。目黒区東山に書道教室を構える。
書道家育成のほか、書と音楽のインスタレーションライブ、雑誌、広告、テレビの題字なども手掛け幅広く活躍。
現在、書道の古典を基本とし、文字と言葉を自然界に紡ぐ創墨家として、 また墨に命色を吹き込む彩墨家を目指している。
In 1996, He established the Morning Calligraphy Association. Set up a calligraphy class in Higashiyama, Meguro, Tokyo.
In addition to cultivating calligraphers, he has worked extensively on projects with musicians such as album covers and large installations done live, as well as projects for magazines, advertisements and TV titles.
Shodo is the spirit of sensibility, interwoven with ink, brush and paper. As a creator of ink writing, I hope not only to write letters but to convey nature and human emotions directly on the paper.

New Yorkでの挑戦
Challenge in New York
昨年、青山での個展（中島瞻風）が大盛況に終わり、次への手応えを感じましたが、今の日本の古い体質（書）の中では、なかなか次へのステップへと行けません。
それならいっその事、アメリカの画家ウォーホールやバスキアが才能を開花させた街、New Yorkで今の中島の力を海外で勝負させてみせたいなと思いました。
Last year, Nakajima Sensei’s solo exhibition in Aoyama, Tokyo was a great success, and we were preparing to hold another bigger exhibition, but instead I began to imagine spreading Nakajima Sensei’s beyond Japan.
I wanted to share the power of Nakajima in New York, a city where American painters such as Warhol and Basquiat blossomed their talents.
今年還暦を迎え、そのお祝いにと生徒50人全員で、NYの個展にむけ募金を募りましたが到底足りるわけがありません。
でも、一度ギャラリーを見てこようと、先月、先生とNYに渡り歩き回っていましたら、偶然ソーホーの街で、ここなら思い通りの個展が出来るぞというギャラリーを見つけて来ました。飛び込みで交渉しましたら、そちらの方の善意もあり４００万で１ヶ月個展が出来る確約をつけてきました。
As we celebrated his 60th birthday this year, all of his 50 students have donated funds for a solo exhibition in New York, but it is not enough.
However, last month I went to NY with Sensei to visit some galleries and I happened to find a gallery in Soho that is perfect for his solo exhibition. The gallery is also very excited to work with Nakajima Sensei and we have made a commitment to have a solo exhibition in summer 2020 with the help of the gracious people from Agora Gallery.
