はじめに・ご挨拶

伊敷強志と申します。飲食店開業を夢にこの業界に入りました。和食店勤務をして20年が経ちます。その間子宝にも恵まれ育児を経験して、子供と一緒に食事する時間をもっと大切にしたいと思い開業にたどり着きました。

My name is Tsuyoshi Ishiki. I’ve had a dream to run my own restaurant so I joined this industry. I have been working hard for 20 years in authentic Japanese restaurants. During that time, I’ve been blessed with good children and raised them, thinking that it’s more important to have times to have meals with my kids so I came to start my own business.

毎日睡眠不足で育児世代の方々に少しでも落ち着きゆっくり食事をして頂きたいと思いこの場所を作りたいと思いました。

We made this place for parents to have leisurely meals even a bit who might barely have time to sleep for children.

育児世代,孫育て世代に特化した日本料理をご提供。

キッズスペース，ベビーカーごと入れるお手洗い，オムツ替え台等アメニティ豊富で応援しつつ、日本料理をゆっくり食べて非日常を演出したい。

Offering Japanese foods specially for families with small children and with small grandchildren. We will make you forget daily life by having our Japanese foods in relaxing mood.

6月中旬物件契約

Mid June: Sign a rental contract

9月中旬プレオープン

最後に

育児中の皆様。毎日睡眠不足で仕事や家事、育児に励みに自分の時間もないまま1日が終わってしまうと思います。その中で3度ある食事の一度でもゆっくり落ち着いて食べたいものですよね。

私も育児を経験し、料理人としてこの店を作る事で皆様を応援したいと思いました。

For those of you raising up children. Those have been lack of sleep for work, housework, encouraging themselves to take care of children, you ended up a day without having a little time for yourselves. I think you might want to have some time to be relaxed having a dinner or lunch leisurely once a day at least. I, myself, through parenting our children, came to want to open this restaurant as a chef and support you. Let us root for you!

朝9：00-21:00 ランチ16：00まで

16：00以降要予約営業

2時間制 16：00-18:00  18:30-20:30
