クラウドファンディングを始めてからひと月。

ありがたいことに支援者が現れてくださり、それぞれの方々からとてもあたたかなメッセージをいただいています。心に響くものばかりで励みになっています。

このたびの奉納公演は、ただ、単にパフォーマンスを披露するというだけでなく、日本が古来より育んできた文化や芸術と現代における文化芸術を融合させ、芸術本来の目的である祈りあわせを行うことををお伝えしました。

それに加えて、遙か昔から、水が豊かで美しい自然に囲まれ、文化芸術が息づいている亀岡を出来るだけ多くの方に知っていただきたいという意図もあるのです。

この奉納公演は、公演自体は15時からとなっていますが、お席チケットを購入いただいた方々には、午前中に明智光秀の居城であった亀山城跡地、亀岡大本春陽閣（能舞台のある場所）で、出演者による呈茶をさせていただきます。こちらは辰巳満次郎による仕舞と鬼太鼓座松田惺山の笛を鑑賞しながらお茶を楽しんでいただくという設定となっております。

亀岡大本には、出口王仁三郎の耀盌（ようわん）が展示されたギャラリーが設けられていたり、国内外の花木を集めた広大な花明山植物園があるのでそちらへも足を運んで見てくださいね。

お昼は、かつて城下町であった亀岡の町を各自で楽しんでいただきます。大本から出てすぐ近くには、京都鉄道会社創設者田中源太郎屋敷跡 楽々荘があり、食事だけでなく小川治兵衛作庭の庭やノスタルジックな建物を楽しむこともできます。町中には洒落たカフェやお店も点在しているので街中を散策しながら尋ねてみても面白いと思います。（亀岡市観光協会では詳細を掲載していますので、調べてみたい方はこちらをクリックしてみてください。）

各自でお昼を過ごされたら15時開演までに出雲大神宮へと足をお運びください。

この特別奉納公演の次の日は『亀岡光秀まつり』。現在NHKで放映中の大河ドラマ『麒麟が来る』の主人公明智光秀の武者行列が行われます。公演後は亀岡で宿泊してどっぷり亀岡を楽しんでみるというのも良いかもしれませんね。

It has been a month since we started crowd funding.

We are truly thankful to all the supporters who have joined us and to all the warm messages that we have received. It is truly encouraging for it touches our hearts. 

This performance is not only a show that looks to entertain, but a ceremony that unifies arts and culture which Japan has nurtured since ancient times with contemporary art and culture with the spirit of prayer. 

In addition, we intend to make as many people as possible aware of the city of Kameoka, a city rich in water and beautiful nature, and where culture and art is alive.

The performance KUNITOKOTACHI will take place at 3 pm, but those who have purchased a seat ticket are invited at 10 am to the location of the ruins of the once castle of Akechi Mitsuhide, presently the Kameoka Oomoto headquarters, where a Noh stage is located. There you will be served with Japanese matcha while you can enjoy a performance from Noh performer Manjiro Tatsumi and the flute of Japanese musician Seizan Matsuda. 

At the Oomoto main building you can visit a gallery which shows pottery works from Deguchi Onisaburo. You are also invited to visit the beautiful botanical garden where you can see flowers from Japan and abroad in a relaxing atmosphere. 

At noon you can enjoy the town of Kameoka, which was once a castle town. Very close by is Rakurakuso, the former residence of Kyoto’s Railway Company founder Gentaro Tanaka. There you can enjoy a meal while enjoying the gardens and atmosphere of the nostalgic building.  

Stylish cafes and shops are scattered throughout the town, so it might be interesting to ask the town people for recommendations while exploring the city by foot. (The Kameoka City Tourism Association provides details, for more information, click here.)

Please make sure to arrive at the Izumo Daijingu Shrine by 3 p.m.

Following the day of the performance, a festival called “Mitsuhide Kameoka Festival” will be held in the city. The main character of this year’s NHK Historical TV series “Kirin ga Kuru” Akechi Mitsuhide, will be portrayed at a défilé of warriors dressed in armors of the period. Why not stay in Kameoka for an extra night?
