はじめまして！るみかです。一昨年までEUオランダとスペインで５年移住しておりました。

5年の移住経験は、かけがえのない時間として内容の濃い私の人生を築いてくれました。

商品・お店が作られた背景

スペインのIBIZA島で、らーめん店DARMA RAMEN IBIZAを友人チカが経営しています。2016年から今まで迂用曲折あり、やっと軌道に乗って来た矢先にきたコロナウイルスのパンデミック宣言でした。

私たちの商品・お店のこだわり

お店のこだわりは、麺について日本の麺工場で学んだチカが小麦粉の配合から製麺まで。

スープはIBIZAの豚にこだわる豚骨ラーメン！一番の人気メニューはAKAラーメン（辛ラーメン）♪

プロジェクトで実現したいこと

スペインは今ウイルスで不安とストレスの中、家族や仲間を想い、憎きコロナウイルスと戦ってます！

そのコロナウイルスに打ち勝った時、IBIZA島で共に戦った島の人達に美味しいラーメンを振る舞いたい！

資金の使い道・スケジュール

移民の日本人は政府の助成金などの支給は見込めません。なので再開した際の材料費・運転資金とリターン資金としての経費。

Introduction
Hello. I am Rumika. I had lived in Netherlands and Spain for 5 years. And that 5 years was my precious time. It made my life wonderful.


Background to this project
My dear friend Chika is running a ramen shop called DARUMA RAMEN IBIZA in Ibiza, Spain since 2016. It has been a challenging time. Finally it was about to get on the right track when WHO announced “Coronavirus confirmed as pandemic”.


Commitment to the ramen
Chika learned how to make noodles from scratch in noodle factory in Japan. and only particular Spanish pork for the ramen soup. Popular one is AKA which is spicy ramen.

What I want to achieve
In Spain, Whole country are lockdown, people are worried but taking care of each other and fighting against Covid-19.
When we get over this, I want to share our delicious ramen for celebration with people in Ibiza who fought together.


How to spend fund
As a small business owner, it is not easy to get compensations from the Spanish government, so the fund to use for working capitals, materials etc when and until reopen the restaurant.

I always dreamed of having own restaurant outside of Japan. and I love living in Ibiza. In about 4 years, people started to accept our food and gradually number of regular customers are increasing. Also I have staff to take care and get over this together so I just can not give up fighting Covid-19 situation.
When this is over, I would like to celebrate with friends and customers by sharing ramen and sake!
