渋谷センター街で営業しているスタンディングバーTASUICHIです。新規開店から今年で１５周年を迎えました。お客様の大半は外国のお客様で英語やフランス語が飛び交う異空間です。ワールドカップなどのビッグイベントでは大画面に試合を映し観戦いただいております。

About us
TASUICHI is a standing bar in Shibuya, Center Gai(Main street of Shibuya, Tokyo). It has been 15 years since we first opened our doors. Most of our customers are from all over the world, so no matter your nationality you will find a little piece of home at TASUICHI. When there is a big event such as The Rugby or Football World Cup, we screen the games for the enjoyment of our customers. Bringing the world together at TASUICHI.

商品・お店が作られた背景

約１５年前、立ち飲み屋とは一線を画した映画などでよく見かける海外のスタンディングバーをイメージして店舗を開店しました。大型モニターを設置しワールドカップなどのビッグイベントには大勢のお客様に来店いただきお客様やスタッフ一体となって応援しています。

Background of TASUICHI
The founder of TASUICHI was inspired by American bars that he saw in movies. Customers freely moved around bars speaking with all sorts of people, laughing, singing and making new friends. This is the sort of atmosphere we strive to achieve.

私たちの商品・お店のこだわり

一時は椅子がほしいというご要望もありましたが、自由に動き回れお客様同士のコミニュケーションをひとつのコンセプトとしておりますので、スタンディングとキャッシュオンデリバリーにこだわり続けています。

Our commitment
Our bar is very unique in Japan. Most bars of our size have tables, chairs and usually customers will stay at their own table. We feel that this style of bar does not encourage people to connect and interact with new people. At the beginning, we had some requests to put in chairs, but our vision is to have a place where customers can walk around having conversation and joy with other customers.

先般の新型コロナウイルスの影響により、お客様が遠のき売上が激減し、自粛要請によりオープンすらできなくなっています。特に当店はスタンディングなので濃厚接触の確率が高い店でもあります。よってコロナウイルスが治まらない限り売上および集客は望めません。このままでは閉店させるわけにはいきませんので、最後の悪あがきをしようと思い、皆さまのご支援を願いクラウドファンディング挑むことにしました。

The reason why we chose cloud foundation
Due to COVID-19 our business is having a very difficult time as there are less customers. Also, we are a standing bar which means we will have a high rate of contact between our customers and staff. Unless COVID-19 is ended, we can not have the same volume of customers as usual. I would like to avoid closing the bar as we have staff who depend on us for their livelihood. We are committed to keeping our customers safe and to keep our staff employed.

The way we used the foundation
We would use the money we receive to continue paying our valued staff members as well as running costs for the bar.

来るべくコロナウイルス撲滅の日まで、どうにか店を存続させたいです。
