はじめまして。北海道札幌市ススキノに店舗を構える「スポーツバー＆グリル TK36」です。

ゼネラルマネージャー MARK SCHUMANN（マーク・シューマン）と申します。

私たちについて / About us

2006年に札幌狸小路6丁目に、インタナショナルグリルバー「TK6」として、わたくしMARK SCHUMANN（マーク・シューマン）と数名の仲間たちでお店をオープン。

世界各国から集まる方々の第2のホーム、在日外国人やインバウンドと札幌市民の交流の場として、皆様に愛され続けてきました。2018年に一度閉店を余儀なくされましたが、多くの方からのサポートと復活熱望の励ましをいただき、2019年に札幌市中央区南4西2丁目ホシビル1Fにて北海道に代表される国道36号線から一部をサンプリングした「TK36」として、再びMARK SCHUMANN（マーク・シューマン）がゼネラルマネージャーとなり再スタートを切ることができました。

わたくしマーク自身がオーストラリア出身であることから、日本人以外にも安心して働ける環境を提供したく、当店では外国出身のスタッフも多く働いてもらっています。
外国人スタッフ、日本人スタッフともにチームとなり多国籍な環境で、海外のイベントやスタイルを多く取り入れ、観光客・外国人と地元の方々とのインターナショナルな交流の場、北海道の魅力が詰まったお酒や食材も積極的に活用し北海道・札幌を発信するとともに、在住外国人の語学を生かせる雇用の場としても提供してまいりました。

2019年のラクビーW杯の際には、海外からのお客様や地元のスポーツファンにも広く活用され、地元プロサッカーチーム「北海道コンサドーレ札幌」のサポーターにも少しづつ存在が認知されつつあったのですが、昨今のコロナショックに伴い私たちも存続の危機に立たされております。

海外出身シェフによる国際色豊かなフードメニューにも力を入れ、リスタートを切った「まだまだこれから！」と言った状況で、スタッフとともに試行錯誤をしている最中。北海道という土地柄、観光客にも多くの期待を寄せる私たちも例外ではなく、経営困難の深刻な事態となっています。
感染症拡大による渡航制限や緊急事態宣言による外出自粛の影響で、売り上げは通常時の90％減まで落ち込み、営業自粛と店舗存続の解決策を模索している状況です。

北海道、札幌の魅力を海外の人々に広めながら、地元と世界のインターナショナルな交流の場を先の世代まで残していきたい。
オーストラリア出身の私を暖かく受け入れてくれたこの地で、これからもっと増えるであろう外国人たちにも「TK36」を通じて北海道を、札幌を広め、日本を発信していきたい。

事態がいち早く終息し、また多くの人々と笑顔を交し合える、同じ空間で同じ時間を供給しあえるようになるまで、存続に関わるご支援を何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

About us

First and foremost our bar was founded in 2006 and was known originally as ‘TK6 Bar & Grill’. It began between friends and quickly became an institution and the ‘go to place’ in Sapporo to enjoy great drinks, food and sports on the big screens. A great place for locals to mingle with foreigners and forge new relationships.

In August of 2019, we moved to a new location conveniently located on the Ground Floor of the ‘Hoshi Building’ on Route 36 in downtown Sapporo. The Bar name was changed to ‘TK36 International Bar & Grill’. The move was made with trepidation but turned out to be a successful one. The opening was highlighted with Japan hosting the ‘Rugby World Cup’ whereby 2 games were held in Sapporo. The tournament had the bar jam packed and full of thirsty and hungry Rugby supporters from all around the world!

Since the end of the World Cup, we had been growing strongly in popularity but due to the unfortunate spread of the Corona Virus we saw a drop in sales by more than 90% since mid February. Our hope is to persevere through this pandemic and grow stronger for the benefit of everyone in the community of Sapporo.

Our Kitchen staff is led by head chef, Rafael San, who provides a unique menu with an international touch. The burgers in particular are second to none and being from Mexico the Quesadillas and Tacos that he makes are fantastic! Unfortunately, our sous chef, Andres, is not with us at the moment but with the help of everyone  we hope to have him back in the kitchen as soon possible!

The bar staff is headed by Taka San, who has been busy working on exciting new Cocktail Menus and new concepts that we will unveil once we reopen. Akiko is our sub manager who is eagerly awaiting the chance to welcome everyone back to the bar again!

I myself have seen a lot of changes in the city of Sapporo since i arrived in 1992, from Australia, but this is the first time to ever experience something such as we are going through here at the moment. Our aim is to give the people of Sapporo hope and give them confidence that the inbound visitors to Sapporo will return and businesses will flourish once again.

During our period of voluntary shutdown, we are requesting the assistance of as many people as possible by offering pre paid service tickets that will be redeemable at the bar with a validity date of 1 year. The tickets can also be exchange for service at 24 different locations managed by our group in the Sapporo, Susukino area. Merchandise in the form of Limited Edition T-Shirts can also be purchased and can be mailed overseas for no extra cost. Funds received from the tickets will help us to cover monthly bills and keep our staff employed.

※本券の有効期間：発行日より1年間を予定しておりますが、コロナの影響をみて延長することも検討しております。
※釣り銭は出しかねます。

Service Tickets can be used at the TK36 bar or participating shops within our group. 24 bars in total to choose from and they are noted on the back of the ticket.
※Service tickets are redeemable within 1 year from the date of issue however this length may be extended depending on the containment of the Corona Virus.
※Not redeemable as a cash exchange.
