自己紹介

私の名前はファンガティラ　ヤンコジョイ生まれです。2008年に学部留学のため来日しました。日本の素晴らしい家庭インフラから学んだことを活かして、マラウイで不動産ビジネスを立ち上げたいと思っています。My name is Yankho Joy Fungatira and I was born in Malawi. I came to Japan in 2008 for my undergraduate studies. I have always had passion in real estate and I would like to use what I have learned from the Japanese' amazing household infrastructure to build a real estate business in Malawi.

プロジェクト立ち上げの背景

マラウイは深刻な住宅不足を抱えており、住宅需要は高い。アフリカ手頃な価格の住宅金融センター（CAHF）の2018年の報告書によると、この国には130万戸の住宅残高があり、毎年2万1,000戸ずつ増加すると推定されています。これは、マラウイ、特に都市部では手頃な価格の住宅に対する大きな需要があることを意味します。Malawi has a significant housing deficit, and the demand for housing is high. According to a 2018 report by the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF), the country has a housing backlog of 1.3 million units, which is estimated to grow by 21,000 units annually. This means that there is a huge demand for affordable housing in Malawi, particularly in urban areas.

現在の準備状況

すでに7棟（20m×30m）を購入し、第1段階として10棟の住宅建設を計画しています。Already purchased 7 (20m by 30m) which we are planning to start the first phase of building 10 houses.

リターンについて

抽選で2名様に、美しいマラウイ湖畔のリゾートへの旅行費全額負担の旅をプレゼント。2 people will be chosen randomly and will get an all expenses paid trip to one of the resorts along the beautiful Lake Malawi。

スケジュール

2023年11月 　クラウドファンディング終了。Crowdfunding ends
2024年1月上旬 　最初の10戸の建設を開始。Start construction of the first 10 houses
2024年3月　 リターン発送
2024年7月　  住宅10棟の建設完了。Finish Construction of the first 10 houses
