自己紹介

　はじめまして。現在、52歳の奈良と申します。英会話スクール販売会社、留学エージェントの経営。その後、外国人実習生のVISA申請等をやっていました。海外と日本の良好な関係を築きたいと思い、これまでやってきました。

Hello there. My name is Nara and I am currently 52 years old. Management of English conversation school sales company and study abroad agent. After that, I worked on visa applications for foreign trainees. I have worked hard to build good relations between Japan and other countries.

　生まれた所で、幸せのチャンスを奪われる。教育を受けられず能力を開花できない。その負のサイクルを止めて、しっかりと能力を開花し、能力を存分に発揮できる事が、様々な人々にとって、巡り巡っての幸せになる。そんな世界になったら嬉しいですね。

Being born in a certain place deprives individuals of the opportunity for happiness, hindering education and skill development. Breaking this cycle, unleashing one's full potential, and showcasing abilities can bring happiness to everyone. It would bring me joy to see the world transform in this way.

　そんな中、フィリピンの知り合いから、日本の網が欲しいと依頼があり、話を聞いていると現地の仕事がない人を助けたり、奉仕的な仕事も多く、話し合っていく中で、もっと沢山の人に仕事を与えられると思いプランを作成しました。

Meanwhile, I received a request from an acquaintance in the Philippines asking for Japanese fishing nets, and as I listened to the story, I learned that there were many volunteer jobs, such as helping people who didn't have jobs locally, and as we talked about it, I realized that there were many more. I created a plan thinking that I would be able to give jobs to these people.

現地の仕事がない方が一人採用されることにより、その家族複数人が助かります。

By hiring one person who does not have a job locally, multiple members of his or her family will be saved.

　同時に日本側では、廃棄にお金がかかる漁業網を再利用でき、さらにフィリピンで他のものに作り替え買い取ることで、さらにフィリピンでの雇用促進に寄与でき、SDGSs商品として日本で販売できれば、ビジネスとして継続できると考えたため、このプロジェクトをスタートしました。

At the same time, on the Japanese side, fishing nets that cost money to dispose of can be reused, and by purchasing and repurposing them in the Philippines, they can contribute to the promotion of employment in the Philippines, and if they can be sold in Japan as SDGSs products, it will be a good business. We started this project because we thought it would be sustainable.

　今回、併せて、廃棄網や浮きなどの回収も行っていきます。廃棄網があったり知り合いが持っているようなら、ご紹介いただきたいと思います。

 This time, we will also be collecting discarded nets and floats. If you have a disposal network or know someone who has one, please introduce them to us.

解決したい社会課題

　真偽諸説ありますが、某寿司チェーンの社長が仕事を与えることで、ソマリア沖の海賊をなくしたと話題になりました。

それまで、軍や自衛隊などで通行する船を守っていましたが、一向に減らなかった海賊が仕事を作ることで減ってしまった。

実際に現地では、もと海賊が仕事をしているのは事実との事でした。

力で押さえられなかった現状を経済の力で無くしていくという事に、色々考えるところがありました。

海賊や犯罪の場合、自分が命を落としたり、捕まったりするリスクもあります。

誰でも仕事があり生活に困らなければ、わざわざ犯罪に手を染める人も相当数減ると思っています。

幼いころに、しっかりと基礎の学習ができ、夢を持てる環境を作るための経済力。

その為に仕事を増やしていく事が、幸せのサイクルを作る入口になるのではないかと考えています。

There are many countries have problems like terrories at the coast of Somalia.now  is hot topic there country is the president of a certain sushi chain eliminated pirates off the coast of Somalia by giving them jobs.Up until then, the military and Self-Defense Forces had been protecting ships passing by, but the number of pirates had not decreased at all, and the number of pirates had decreased as jobs were created.It is true that pirates are actually working there.There were many things to think about using economic power to eliminate the current situation that could not be controlled by force.In the case of pirates and criminals, there is a risk of losing your life or being captured.If everyone had a job and didn't have to worry about making a living, I think the number of people who go out of their way to commit crimes would decrease considerably.Financial strength to create an environment where children can learn the basics and pursue their dreams at a young age.

For this reason, I believe that increasing your work will be the gateway to creating a cycle of happiness.

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

　私たちが日本の廃棄漁業網をフィリピンに持っていき、現地で再利用や他の商品に加工して販売。現地の雇用促進や収益の安定化を図る。

これにより、雇用される方やその家族の収入の安定化、貧困による犯罪の予防。

また、その商品を買い取り、日本にて販売。漁業網からハンモッグや他の商品に加工し、SDGsに貢献。

さらに、双方ともに利益を出せればビジネスとして継続的に続けていける。

商品に関しては色々アイデアがあり、随時、挑戦して継続を可能にしていく。

We bring Japan's discarded fishing nets to the Philippines, where they are reused and processed into other products and sold. Promote local employment and stabilize profits.This will help stabilize the income of employed people and their families, and prevent crimes caused by poverty.We also purchase the products and sell them in Japan. Processing fishing nets into hammogs and other products, contributing to SDGs.Furthermore, if both parties can make a profit, the business can continue.We have many ideas for products, and we will continue to take on new challenges as needed.

スケジュール

　日本の廃棄網を集め、フィリピンへ輸送、フィリピンで加工して、商品として日本へ輸送。日本にて商品として販売。ご支援頂く金額は日本国内での網の輸送、コンテナにてフィリピンへの輸出に充当致します。ここまで出来れば、フィリピンの雇用の促進と廃棄物の再利用まで、完了できます。それ以上ご支援があれば、製品の日本への輸入、製品の販売という最終目的まで完了できます。

We collect fishing nets from Japan's discarded nets, transport them to the Philippines, process them in the Philippines, and transport them to Japan as products. Sold as a product in Japan. The amount you support will be used for transporting the net within Japan and exporting it to the Philippines in containers. If we can do this, we will be able to promote employment in the Philippines and reuse waste. If we receive further support, we will be able to complete the final goal of importing the product to Japan and selling the product.

最後に

　プロジェクトを通して、日本と諸外国の友好関係を作れたら嬉しいと思っています。気軽に遊びに行ける、親日国が増えたらうれしいです。そんな場所をコツコツ小さいところから作っていければいいなぁ～。と、考えているだけではしょうがないので、できる事から始めていこうと思いました。みんなが笑顔になれると素敵ですね。

関係した人々が幸せになれるよう、頑張っていきたいと思います。皆さんにご協力いただけると嬉しいです。

I would be happy if I could create friendly relations between Japan and other countries through this project. I would be happy if there were more pro-Japanese countries that I could easily visit. I wish I could start building a place like that from a small place. I can't help it just thinking about it, so I decided to start with what I can do. It's wonderful when everyone can smile.

I would like to do my best to make everyone involved happy. I would be happy if everyone could cooperate.
