京都産のハバネロソース「ハバネブロ」をご存知ですか？2023年には一時的にアマゾンでの売上ランキング1位を獲得した商品です。当社の「ハバネブロ」はただ辛いだけではありません。京都の恵まれた大地で育まれたハバネロを贅沢に使用し、3ヶ月の熟成を経て、フルーティーで深い味わいを引き出しています。

We are Habanebros, Amazon's 2023 #1 hot sauce, forged in Kyoto! Our hot sauce is not only spicy but also contains the wonderfully rich and fruity flavor of habaneros that are fermented for over 3 months to bring out the best in each pepper. Our sauces contain more than 80% habaneros grown right in Kyoto. Our sauce is a flavor enhancer that introduces layers of umami and heat without overpowering the original taste of your dish.

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

今、私たちは新たな挑戦に取り組みます！「ベルガモット」と「ゆず」の2つの新フレーバーを発売決定！柑橘類が、ハバネロとアップルサイダービネガーの風味と融合し、料理を更に進化させます。ベルガモットは独特のフローラルな香りで、豚バラ肉や鴨肉、そして霜降りのステーキなどの肉料理と絶妙にマッチします。一方、ゆずはあらゆる料理に爽やかな風味を加え、どんな食材にもよく合います！

We are happy to announce that we will be releasing two new flavors: Bergamot and Yuzu. We believe that combining these two very different citrus fruits with the flavors of habanero fermented with apple cider vinegar will elevate your everyday food even further! Bergamot, with its unique floral finish, pairs perfectly with fatty meats such as pork belly, duck, or a well-marbled steak. Yuzu, a traditional citrus fruit, adds a bright pop of flavor to any dish and pairs well with just about anything!

プロジェクト立ち上げの背景

私たちは2年以上にわたり、この夢の実現に向けて取り組んできました。試行錯誤を重ね、ベルガモットとゆずがソースに加わっても主張しすぎず、ハバネロの風味とバランスの取れた味わいに仕上げました。皆様のお手元に届く日が待ち遠しいです！

We've been working on this dream of using these two amazing fruits in our sauces for over 2 years. We've been slowing testing and refining each batch to make our Yuzu and Bergamot stand out without being overwhelming. We believe that now, our sauces perfected the balance of our fermented habaneros with the floral notes of Bergamot and the classic Japanese traditional flavors of Yuzu. With the expansion of our facility, we can keep this flavor consistent and provide a much richer flavor. We can't wait to get them to your door!

現在の準備状況

京都に新拠点を開設し、発酵タンクを大量導入予定です！生産体制を強化し、より多くのお客様にお届けできるよう準備を進めています。最後の工程を完了し、最終的なラベルデザインも決定しました。サポーターの皆様への感謝の気持ちを込めて、3フレーバーのセットボックスも製作中です。新設備稼働により、ハバネロソースの生産ペースがアップ！

施設拡張により、安定した美味しさと豊かな風味を実現します。皆様のお手元に届くのが待ち遠しいです！

We are in the process of getting a lease on a new facility in Kyoto and obtaining new high end tanks that will allow us to finish the process on our last batches. We are making the final labels and creating our 3 flavor sampler set box for all of our supporters. Once we have completed our new facilities will allow us to continue producing sauces at a higher rate!
