30年続けてきた美容師人生を、2026年3月で卒業することになりました。

自分にとって天職だと思う職業に出会えたこと、とてもうれしく思います。

途中で転職も経験したこともありましたが、振り返ってみると、30年間ずっと美容という仕事を通して、ファッションや流行、そして時代の流れをお客様と共に見続けてきたように思います。

美容師という仕事に出会えたことは、私にとって人生の大きな喜びであり、誇りでもあります。

しかし、ひとつだけ心残りがあります。

それは、この世の中から美容師が一人減ってしまうことです。

美容師は一人前になるまでに長い時間がかかる仕事の一つでもあり、人手不足は深刻です。

人の手と感性が必要なこの仕事は、AIの時代でもきっと残り続ける仕事だと思っています。

だからこそ、担い手が減っていくことは、とても深刻な問題だと感じています。

だからこそ私は、美容業界にもう一度活気を取り戻したい。

その想いから、新しい取り組みを始めたいと考えました。

それが、一般の方向けの「カット講習教室」です。

美容師でなくても、髪を切る楽しさや技術を学べる場所。

まずは基本となる

・ワンレングス

・グラデーションボブ

・レイヤー

カットウィッグをウェットしてシザーとコームを使ってカットする。

その後ブラシとヘアドライヤーを使ってブローし、チェックカット、上級者ならアイロンやコテを使って仕上げることも可能。

という流れでレッスンしていきます。

Message from the Founder

In March 2026, I will be retiring from my 30-year career as a hairstylist. Looking back, I feel incredibly lucky to have found my true calling. Over the past three decades—even through career changes—I have had the privilege of witnessing the shift of trends, fashion, and the passage of time alongside my wonderful clients. Being a hairstylist has been the greatest joy and pride of my life.

However, I have one lingering concern: the thought of the world losing one more stylist.

The beauty industry is facing a serious labor shortage, partly because it takes so much  time to become a professional. Even in the age of AI, I believe this is a profession that  will always remain essential, as it requires  human touch, intuition, and creativity. I      want to see this industry vibrant once          again. That is why I am starting a new initiative.

そして、自分や大切な人の髪を整えるこのヒントになり、日常が少し豊かになります。

この教室を通して、美容の楽しさを知る人を増やし、美容業界に新しい風を吹き込みたいと思っています。

この想いを形にするために、今回クラウドファンディングに挑戦しました。

Haircutting is a deeply creative and rewarding act. Learning these tips not only helps you care for your own or your loved ones' hair but also adds a touch of richness to your daily life. Through this workshop, I hope to increase the number of people who appreciate the beauty industry and bring a "fresh breeze" to our community.

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

このプロジェクトでは、美容の技術を一般の方々にも体験していただくための新しい習い事として、カット講習を開くことを目指しています。

美容師は技術を習得するのに時間を要する職場のひとつで、簡単ではありませんし、辞める人もたくさんいます。

一般の人々にも美容の基礎を学んで頂くことにより、自身の日頃のヘアケアの参考になると思います。

学生たちには、休みを利用して実践的なスキルを身につけてもらい、将来の進路選択の幅を広げてほしいと願っています。

講習はカット以外の講習も必要に応じて設け、基礎的な知識、実践も出来るようにします。

昨今カットが出来ない方や美容師資格がない方のサロン求人もたくさんありますので、少しでも人手不足に貢献したいと思ってます。

レッスンはリアル、オンラインどちらも受講出来るようにします。

オンラインで日本国内外に住居がある方でも受講出来るようにします。

道具にこだわりたい方もいらっしゃると思うので、ハサミ屋さんなど、美容に関連する商品の売上に貢献出来る思っています。

実サロンを借りる場合は、サロンさんには家賃収入が入りますし、生徒さんがその顧客になる可能性もあり、商品の販売促進にも繋がる場合もあるかと思います。

The Project: A Haircutting Workshop for Everyone

I am launching a haircutting class designed for the general public—not just for pros. It’s a place where anyone can experience the fun and skill of cutting hair.

The Curriculum:

Our lessons follow a professional flow:

Basics: Mastering the three fundamental styles: One-length, Graduation Bob, and Layer.

Process: Wetting the cutting wig, using professional scissors and combs, followed by blow-drying with a brush.

Finishing: Performing a "check cut" to refine the look, and for advanced learners, styling with irons or curling wands.

What I Want to Achieve

My goal is to establish this workshop as a new kind of hobby, bringing the art of hairstyling closer to you.

For Everyone: Understanding the basics of beauty helps improve daily self-care.

For Students: I want young people to gain practical skills during their breaks, broadening their future career options.

Supporting the Industry: Many salons now seek staff for roles that don't necessarily require a license or advanced cutting skills; I hope this project helps bridge that gap.

Global Reach: Lessons will be available both in-person and online, allowing anyone in Japan or abroad to participate.

Economic Impact: By introducing high-quality tools (like professional scissors), I hope to support local manufacturers. Furthermore, by renting salon spaces for workshops, we can provide salons with rental income and potential new customers.

美容業界は日々進化を遂げていますが、その一方で新しい人材の不足が問題となっています。

特に若い世代が美容の道に進むことの魅力を感じにくくなっている現状を憂い、このプロジェクトを立ち上げることにしました。

一般の方々に美容の楽しさや奥深さを知ってもらうことで、美容業界全体を活気付けるとともに、新しい世代の美容師を育てる一助となりたいと考えています。

While the beauty industry continues to evolve, it struggles to attract new talent. I worry that the younger generation is losing sight of the charm of this profession. By letting the public experience the depth and fun of hairstyling, I want to revitalize the industry and help nurture the next generation of stylistsf.

これまでの活動と準備状況

これまでに、私は数多くのアシスタントを育成に携わってきました。

接客からはじまり、シャンプー、ブロー、ワインディング、カラー、カット、美容師に必要なこと全般です。

カットはベーシックの切り方はあるものの、絶対的ルールはありません。

それぞれの個性を活かすことをモットーとしています。

でも何より楽しんで頂きたいと思います。

準備は現段階ではまだ始まっでませんが、今現在大きく準備出来た事ことは、時間を確保出来たことです。

スタジオを確保する、場合によっては実在のサロンと提携して、そちらでも講習が行なえる環境を確保しようと思います。

My Experience & Preparation

Throughout my career, I have trained many assistants in everything from hospitality to shampooing, coloring, and cutting. While there are "basic" methods, I believe there are no absolute rules in cutting—I value the individuality of each student. Above all, I want you to enjoy the process!

The biggest preparation I have made so far is securing the time to dedicate myself fully to this mission. Next, I will be securing studio spaces and partnering with local salons.

Our Commitment to Fulfillment

For all contributions of 100,000 JPY or more, we guarantee the fulfillment of these rewards regardless of whether the final goal is met. Even if the project falls short of the target, we will proceed by covering the necessary costs ourselves to ensure you receive your reward.
