はじめまして。私は神奈川県の 伊勢原市 を中心に、地域に密着したサービスの提供を目指して活動します。

現在は数名の仲間とともに立ち上げ準備を進めており、それぞれが持つ経験や得意分野を活かしながら、地域の皆さまのお役に立てる取り組みを行っていきたいと考えています。

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

「人・移動・記録・発信を一括支援する地域密着型コンシェルジュサービス」

 当社は、地域社会における生活支援需要の増加、高齢化、観光需要の多様化、企業・個人のデジタル発信需要の拡大を背景に、生活支援・移動支援・撮影・情報発信を統合した総合コンシェルジュサービスを提供します。

 単一サービスではなく、利用者一人ひとりの目的や状況に応じた柔軟な支援を特徴とし、地域密着型でありながら広範囲出張にも対応可能な体制を構築します。

①地域密着・広域対応コンシェルジュサービス（生活支援事業）

日常生活における「移動困難」「時間不足」「付き添い不足」を解消するための支援サービス。

・高齢者向け買い物代行および同行支援

・病院、行政手続き、銀行等への付き添い支援

・日用品・生活用品の代理購入

・外出支援および移動補助

・イベント同行サポート

・一人暮らし高齢者の見守り訪問

②送迎付き同行撮影サービス（観光・冠婚葬祭・記念撮影）

プロジェクト立ち上げの背景

地域の高齢化が進む中、買い物や家事など、日常のちょっとしたことに不安や負担を感じながら暮らしている方が増えています。そんな方々の力になり、「頼れる人がいて良かった」と思っていただける存在になりたいという想いがあります。

また、シングルマザーの方や、いつも家族の思い出を撮影する側にまわり、自分自身はなかなか写真に写る機会のないお父さん・お母さんの姿を見てきました。大切な家族との時間や笑顔を、誰一人欠けることなく写真という形で残してほしい。そんな願いも、この活動を始めるきっかけの一つです。

私たちは、地域の皆さま一人ひとりの「困った」と「こうだったらいいな」に寄り添い、少しでも安心や笑顔を届けられる存在を目指して立ち上がりました。

さまざまなサービスの体験していただく為、現在各書類手続きを進め、準備を行っております。

What We Aim to Achieve Through This Project

“A Community-Based Concierge Service Providing Comprehensive Support for People, Transportation, Documentation, and Information Sharing”

As demand grows for daily living support, the population continues to age, tourism needs diversify, and digital communication becomes increasingly important for both businesses and individuals, our company aims to provide a comprehensive concierge service that integrates lifestyle support, transportation assistance, photography, and digital information sharing.

Rather than offering a single service, we will provide flexible support tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. While deeply rooted in the local community, we will also maintain a system capable of serving a wider geographic area through on-site visits.

① Community-Based Concierge Services (Lifestyle Support Services)

Support services designed to address challenges related to transportation, lack of time, and the need for accompaniment in daily life.

Main Services:

- Shopping assistance and accompanied shopping support for seniors

- Accompaniment to hospitals, government offices, banks, and other appointments

- Purchasing daily necessities and household items on behalf of clients

- Outing support and mobility assistance

- Event accompaniment services

- Wellness check visits for seniors living alone

- Status reporting services for family members living far away

- Community lifestyle consultation services

② Accompanied Photography Services with Transportation (Tourism, Ceremonies, and Special Occasions)

An experience-based service that combines transportation and photography.

- Family event photography (such as Shichi-Go-San celebrations and birthdays)

- Documentary photography for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonial occasions

Background of the Project

As the local population continues to age, more people are living with concerns and burdens related to everyday tasks such as shopping and household chores. We want to support these individuals and become someone they can rely on—someone who makes them feel, “I’m glad there was someone I could count on.”

We have also seen single mothers, as well as fathers and mothers who are always behind the camera capturing family memories but rarely appear in photographs themselves. We want every precious family moment and smile to be preserved in photographs without anyone being left out. This desire is another reason why we decided to begin this project.

Our goal is to stand alongside each member of the community, listening to both their challenges and their hopes, and to become a source of reassurance and smiles whenever possible.

Current Preparation Status

We are currently completing the necessary documentation and procedures while preparing for the launch of our various services and opportunities for customers to experience them.

Rewards

We plan to offer trial experiences of our flagship concierge service with transportation as well as our photography services.
