はじめまして。hiroyuki chiba.です。
これまで私は、ノイズミュージックや即興演奏を中心に、日頃から実践している内的の音楽や生まれつきの音が、生で立ち上がる瞬間を探しながら活動してきました。
2026年は、ライブ活動を続けながら、1stアルバム『Vigaowen』をリリースし、これまでの活動をひとつの作品として形にすることができました。
そして2027年は、ここからさらに一歩進みたいと考えています。
新しい作品を制作し、ライブやツアーを通してさまざまな場所へ音を届ける。そのための制作環境や演奏機材も整えながら、これまで以上に継続的な活動を行っていきたいと思っています。
今回のプロジェクトは、単に作品を作るためだけのものではありません。
音をつくること、演奏すること、作品として残すこと。
そして何より、一番大切にしているのは、私のパフォーマンスを通して感動を届けることです。
その一連の活動を2027年にしっかりと続けていくためのプロジェクトです。
これまで応援してくださった方、そして今回初めて私の音楽を知ってくださった方にも、この活動に興味を持っていただけたら嬉しいです。

◎Introduction
Hello, my name is hiroyuki chiba.
I have been working primarily in noise music and improvisation, searching for those moments when the inner music I practice every day, and the sounds that seem to come naturally from within me, emerge into the present through live performance.
In 2026, while continuing my live activities, I released my first album, Vigaowen, bringing my work and musical activities up to that point together into a single physical release.
In 2027, I want to take another step forward from here.
I want to create new works and bring my sound to different places through live performances and tours. At the same time, I want to improve my production environment and performance equipment so that I can continue my activities more consistently and sustainably than ever before.
This project is not simply about creating new works.
Creating sound. Performing. Preserving it as a physical work.
And above all, what matters most to me is sharing emotion through my performances.
This project is about continuing that entire process of artistic activity throughout 2027.
I would be very happy if those who have supported me so far, as well as those discovering my music for the first time through this project, would take an interest in what I am doing.
In 2027, I hope we can create new music together.

◎これまでの活動実績
hiroyuki chiba.は、2011年よりノイズミュージックを中心とした音楽活動を続けてきました。
長年にわたり、ノイズ、電子音、即興演奏を軸に、国内外のアーティストとの共演やライブ活動、作品制作を行っています。
2024年頃からは、それまでの「カットアップ」を中心としたノイズ表現から、アナログシンセサイザーなどを使用した即興演奏へと活動の軸を広げました。
2026年には、ライブ活動をさらに活発化させ、年間36本のライブを行いました。東京を中心に、仙台、東北各地などへ自ら機材を持って遠征し、ライブ活動を継続しています。2026年には、1st CD『Vigaowen』をリリース。『Vigaowen』は、これまでのノイズミュージックから、即興演奏・電子音楽へと変化してきた現在の活動を記録した作品です。
また、自身のレーベル「eerie noise records」を運営し、国内外のアーティストによるCDやカセット作品のリリースも行ってきました。
ライブでは、アナログシンセサイザーを使用しコンタクトマイクを口に咥えた特殊な演奏を行い即興的に音を組み立てる演奏を行っています。
2026年も現在進行形でツアーを続けており、遠方への移動では高速道路を極力使わず、宿泊費を抑えるため車中泊をしながら活動しています。
これまでの活動で生まれた作品、ライブ、出会いをさらに2027年へつなげるため、
今回のプロジェクトを立ち上げます。
◎Track Record and Previous Activities
hiroyuki chiba. has been active in music, primarily noise music, since 2011.
For many years, he has developed his work around noise, electronic sounds, and improvisation, performing live, creating recordings, and collaborating with artists from Japan and abroad.
Around 2024, his artistic focus began to expand from his previous noise-based “cut-up” approach toward improvisational performances using analog synthesizers and other electronic instruments.
In 2026, he further intensified his live activities, performing 36 shows throughout the year. Based mainly in Tokyo, he has continued to travel to Sendai and various parts of the Tohoku region, carrying his own equipment and maintaining an active live performance schedule.
In 2026, he released his first CD, Vigaowen.
Vigaowen documents his current musical practice and the transition from his earlier noise-based work toward improvisation and electronic music.
He also runs his own independent label, eerie noise records, through which he has released CD and cassette works by artists from Japan and abroad.
In his live performances, he uses an analog synthesizer together with a distinctive setup involving a contact microphone held in his mouth, constructing sounds spontaneously and improvisationally in real time.
His touring activities are continuing throughout 2026. When traveling long distances, he minimizes the use of expressways and often sleeps in his car in order to keep accommodation and travel costs as low as possible, allowing him to continue performing in distant locations.
This project was created to carry the works, performances, and encounters that have emerged from these activities forward into 2027.
◎このツアーを実現したい理由
即興演奏は、その場にいる演奏者と観客、そして空間が出会うことで、その瞬間にしか生まれない音楽になります。
だからこそ、実際に会場へ足を運んでくださった方にしか体験できないものがあります。
私はこれまで、さまざまな場所でライブを行い、その一瞬に生まれる音と向き合ってきました。
これまでのライブでは、演奏を観てくださった方から、「パフォーマンスを観ていたら、自分の人生の記憶が走馬灯のように蘇ってきた」という言葉をいただいたこともあります。
その言葉は、私にとってとても印象に残っています。
音楽は、ただ音を聴くためだけのものではなく、その人自身の記憶や感情、体験と結びつき、思いもよらない何かを呼び起こすことがある。
私は、そんな瞬間を生み出せる音楽を届けたいと思っています。
CDやカセットという作品として音楽を残すことも大切です。
しかし、目の前で音が生まれ、そして消えていく。その瞬間にしか味わえない感動を届けることも、私が音楽を続ける大きな理由です。
「観に来てよかった」「もう一度聴きたい」「今日の演奏は忘れられない」
そんなふうに感じてもらえるライブを目指しています。
2027年のツアーを通して、まだ出会ったことのない人たちと音楽で出会い、その場所でしか生まれない音を一緒につくりたい。
そのために、このツアーを実現したいと考えています。
◎Why I Want to Make This Tour Happen
Improvised music is created in a way that can only happen in that particular moment, through the encounter between the performers, the audience, and the space itself.
That is why there are experiences that can only be had by being physically present at the venue.
I have performed in many different places, facing the sounds that emerge in each unique moment.
At one of my performances, someone who had watched the show told me, “While watching your performance, memories from my own life came rushing back, like a series of scenes flashing before my eyes.”
Those words have stayed with me ever since.
Music is not simply something we listen to. It can connect with our own memories, emotions, and experiences, and sometimes awaken something completely unexpected within us.
I want to create and share music that can produce those kinds of moments.
It is important to preserve music as physical works such as CDs and cassettes.
But another major reason I continue making music is to share the emotion that can only be experienced when sound is created directly in front of you—and then disappears.
I want to create performances that make people feel:
“I’m glad I came.”
“I want to hear this again.”
“I’ll never forget tonight’s performance.”
Through the 2027 tour, I want to encounter people I have never met before through music and create sounds together that can only emerge in each particular place and moment.
◎ツアーの構成と訪問予定地
2027年ツアー計画
2027年は、東京を拠点に各地でのライブ活動を積極的に行っていきます。
現在、以下の地域での公演を計画しています。
秋田県・岩手県・仙台市・酒田市・群馬県・宇都宮市・東京都・埼玉県・神奈川県・大阪府・その他の地域
これまで活動してきた東北・関東を中心に、さらに関西やその他の地域へ活動範囲を広げ、さまざまな場所で演奏することを目指します。
ライブハウスだけではなく、小規模なスペースやbar、劇場その場所の空間や環境そのものを活かした演奏も行っていきたいと考えています。
2027年に制作する作品を携えて各地を巡り、作品をつくることと、実際にその音を届けることを一つの活動として続けていきます。
◎ Tour Structure & Planned Destinations
2027 Tour Plan
In 2027, I plan to actively perform in various locations, based primarily in Tokyo.
At present, I am planning performances in the following areas:
Akita Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, Sendai, Sakata, Gunma Prefecture, Utsunomiya, Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, and other areas.
Building on my activities in the Tohoku and Kanto regions, I aim to expand my reach further into the Kansai region and other parts of Japan, performing in a wide variety of locations.
In addition to live music venues, I would like to perform in small spaces, bars, theaters, and other environments, making use of the unique atmosphere and characteristics of each space itself.
Carrying the works I create in 2027 with me as I travel from place to place, I will continue to pursue both the creation of new works and the act of bringing their sounds directly to audiences as an integral part of my artistic activity.
◎皆様のご支援が必要な理由
音楽活動を続けていくためには、作品を制作するための費用だけでなく、録音・マスタリング、CDやカセットの制作、ライブやツアーにかかる交通費・宿泊費、機材の整備など、さまざまな費用が必要になります。
これまで私は、自分自身でできることはできる限り自分で行いながら、音楽活動を続けてきました。
しかし、2027年はこれまで以上に作品制作とライブ活動の両方に力を入れ、東京を拠点に東北、関東、関西など各地へ演奏に行き、新しい作品を実際に届けていきたいと考えています。
そのためには、個人の活動費だけでは十分な規模で継続していくことが難しく、今回、皆様のお力をお借りすることにしました。
今回集めた支援金は、2027年の新しい作品の制作、ライブ・ツアー活動、Interview ZINEやTシャツなどの制作、そして演奏と録音を続けていくための機材整備に使用します。
これは単に「活動資金を集める」ということではなく、2027年に生まれる新しい音楽を、作品として残し、ライブを通して皆様のもとへ届けるためのプロジェクトです。

◎Why Your Support Is Needed
In order to continue my musical activities, I need more than just the costs of producing music. There are many expenses involved, including recording and mastering, CD and cassette production, transportation and accommodation for live performances and tours, as well as the maintenance and repair of musical equipment.
Until now, I have continued my musical activities by doing as much as possible myself and keeping production and activity costs within my own means.
However, in 2027, I want to put more energy than ever into both creating new works and performing live. Based in Tokyo, I plan to travel to various parts of Japan, including Tohoku, Kanto, and Kansai, to perform and bring new works directly to audiences.
To make this possible and sustain these activities on a meaningful scale, my personal resources alone are not sufficient. This is why I have decided to ask for your support through this project.
The funds raised through this crowdfunding campaign will be used for the production of new works in 2027, live performances and touring activities, the production of the Interview ZINE and T-shirts, and the maintenance and repair of equipment necessary for continuing to perform and record music.
This project is not simply about “raising funds for my activities.” It is about creating new music in 2027, preserving it as physical works, and bringing that music directly to you through live performances.
To everyone who has supported my work so far, and to those who are discovering my music for the first time through this project, I would be truly grateful if you would join me in creating the musical activities of 2027.

今回のプロジェクトでは、完成した作品をお届けするだけでなく、2027年の作品制作やライブ・ツアー活動を支えていただき、その活動から生まれる音楽や作品を共有していただけるようなリターンを用意しています。
2026年に行ったクラウドファンディングで制作したCDやカセット、Interview ZINE、大変好評だったNoise Tシャツなどの作品・グッズに加え、2027年は新たに制作する2nd CDやツアーTシャツ、さらに hiroyuki chiba. が制作する特殊ジャケット仕様のカセットアート作品、ハンドメイド・シェイカーコンタクトマイク、ハンドメイド・カットアップ・ミキサーなど、支援金額に応じてさまざまなリターンを用意します。
特に、本人が一つひとつ制作するハンドメイド作品や音楽機材は、一般的な音楽作品とは異なる、今回のプロジェクトならではのリターンです。
また、一部のリターンについては、支援金の入金後に制作を開始する受注生産方式を採用します。

◎Rewards
For this project, I have prepared rewards that go beyond simply delivering completed works. The rewards are designed to allow you to support my creative work and live/tour activities throughout 2027, while also sharing in the music and artworks that emerge from these activities.
In addition to the CD, cassette, Interview ZINE, and the highly popular Noise T-shirt produced through the 2026 crowdfunding campaign, the 2027 project will offer a variety of new rewards depending on the level of support.
These will include a new 2nd CD, a 2027 tour T-shirt, special-edition cassette art works with handmade jackets created by hiroyuki chiba., as well as handmade shaker contact microphones and handmade cut-up mixers.
In particular, the handmade artworks and musical equipment personally created by hiroyuki chiba. are unique rewards that differ from conventional music releases and merchandise. They are special creations made specifically for this project.
Some of the rewards will also be produced on a made-to-order basis, with production beginning after the crowdfunding funds have been received.
Your support will be used for the creation of new works in 2027, live performances and touring activities, as well as the maintenance and repair of equipment necessary to continue making music in the future.
