麻布十番の裏路地で、フランス語の“勇気”を意味する『Courage』を店名に冠したレストランのオーナーをしております相澤ジーノです。
2018年のオープン以来、感度の高いアッパーなオトナ達が交流を深め、有意義な時間を楽しむ空間として皆さまに親しんでいただいております。

Dear Our Customers and Friends
I'm Gino Aizawa, the owner of a restaurant in Azabujuban called "Courage". Most people know "Courage"  as a place for people to socialize and have a good drink.

お店が作られた背景・今回のチャレンジについて

私は、これまで数々のレストランで研鑽を積んできました。
「レストラン×ファッション×アート」をコンセプトとし、食だけでなく五感で楽しめる空間でお客様に最高のサービスをお届けするため、満を持して『Courage』をオープンしました。これから先、私の人生のすべてをかけて永く守り育てていきたい！と考えております。
おかげさまで、この３月で２周年を迎え、更なる飛躍をと意気込んでいた矢先の自粛要請。
多くの方が不安と戸惑いの中で様々な困難と対峙されているように、私たち『Courage』も存続の危機に直面しております。
この場で皆さまのお力をお借りすることに対して、私自身大変悩みましたが、お客様に愛していただいている『Courage』を存続していくため、そして支えてくれる従業員の生活を守るため、今回のプロジェクトへの参加を決めました。

With the concept of restaurant × fashion × art, "Courage" is a space where you can enjoy not only food but also the five senses.  However, what most people don't know, is how much I care about my team. Now more than ever, we need your help as we are facing a steep decline in customers due to the pandemic. We humbly ask your support in helping us get through this tough time. This is for the ones who tirelessly work behind the scenes every single day. We promise to provide every customer with the finest hospitality and culinary excellence.

このプロジェクトでお願いしたいことは、皆さまに、またこの場所に集い豊かな時間を過ごしていただくための「縁（En）×Courageチケット」の購入のお願いです。ランチ・ディナーでご利用いただける７種類のチケットを販売いたします。

 We ask you to buy our "Courage ticket", a gift card you can use once we open again.
 We have seven prices:

*普段ご同伴いただけないお子様も大歓迎です
“Courage Private Party ¥1,000,000/6hrs" Nine-course menu (valued at ¥15,000) + free flowing drinks
*We welcome kids for private parties.
*The menu and beverages, as well as the number of guests are all customizable.
*A coordinator will plan, customize and organize your own party.

*ご利用期限は2020年7月から2020年12月までとさせていただきます（店舗休業日を除く）
*ご利用の際は、事前にお申し付けください
*お釣り銭のお渡しはご容赦ください
*来店時に支援完了のメールの画面／支援履歴の確認画面をお見せいただくか、プリントアウトしてお持ちください

<About tickets>
*Expiration date from July 2020 to December 2020.
*When you pay using the “Courage Tickets”, you wil l need to show either the donation completion page or the verification email.
*No change will be provided when paying with these tickets.

資金の使い道・スケジュール

固定費として家賃・従業員の雇用維持などのための支払いと、経営を維持する費用に充てさせていただきます。

Your funding will be used for paying the rent and the staff.

最後に
