皆さんこんにちは！
私は、秋田県にある中学校のサッカー部で外部コーチをしています、安藤と申します。

タイトルにありますように、この度、今年度限りでチームを卒業する「選手」と3年間チームに携わって頂きました「大学生コーチ」の「引退試合」を開催するべく、本プロジェクトを個人として立ち上げさせていただいた次第であります。

私たちのチームについて

私たちのチームは、秋田県に所属しており、現在部員が１・２年生含め8名、コーチングスタッフ2名で活動している小さな中学校の部活動です。（※学校名は伏せさせていただきます。）

この体制は、約６年前に、当時プレーしていた選手たちと、その近くにある大学の学生との偶然の出会いから始まりました。

私もコーチを始めた当時は、その大学の学生だったのですが、私と初代コーチが卒業したその後も、OBの選手や学生コーチの協力によって、ここまでチームを運営してきました。

今回ご卒業される学生コーチは3年間チームに携わっていただき、今年度は監督として、チームを牽引していただきました。

そんな彼に、最後の「ありがとう」を伝え、3年間一緒に戦ってきた仲間との最後の時間を提供したいと考えております。

１１人全員でピッチに立つ

今年の3月をもって、チームから11名の選手がご卒業されます。

彼らは多くの逆境に立ち向かった3年間を過ごしてきました。

入学後すぐのコロナ渦に見舞わられ、大会中止や活動禁止と長い間チームでボールを蹴ることすらができなかった時期もありました。

そして、最後となった大会直前には、秋田県全域で大雨の災害に遭い、ある一人の選手は大怪我を負ってしまい、十分な時間ピッチに立つことができませんでした。

個人、そしてチームとしてもうまくいかない時期が続き、さまざまな壁にぶつかり、涙を流してぶつかり合っても、最後まで一緒に戦っていくことを決断してくれた選手たちに対しては、特別な思いがあります。

「ありがとう」

この言葉と共に、毎年卒業する選手を送り届けていますが、今回も僕ができる最大限のカタチでその想いを届けたいんです。

そして、選手たち本人は気づいてはいないかもしれませんが、彼らはこの3年間で一度も１１人全員で同じピッチに立ったことがありません。

今回の挑戦は、「１１人全員でピッチに立つ」。勝手ながらそんな僕のなりのリベンジの想いも込められてもいます。

最高のエンターテイメントを送り届けたい

突然ですが、『「サッカーとは？」のという質問があったとしたら、僕は「面白いもの！」が究極の答えだと思うよ』、と選手たちに伝えています。

選手たちは主に、文字の通り「プレーヤー」として中学での3年間を過ごしてきました。

ですが、僕みたいに指導するも良し、観るのもよし、裏方に回るもよし、などなど、サッカーには数えきれないくらい様々な楽しみ方があります。

そして、それは個々によって異なって当たり前。

サッカーは「面白い」
君にとって一番「面白い！」と思える「サッカー」は、必ず君のどこかにある
君にとっての「サッカー」を探す旅をこれからも楽しんでください

僕が、毎年卒業する選手たちに伝えているメッセージがです。

僕自身、このチームでの6年間を通じて、選手たちにたくさん成長させていただきました。

同時に彼らは、僕の未来を明るくしてくれた存在です。

そんな彼らに、少しでも何か恩返しがしたい。

そして、彼らの中学校のサッカー人生において、この3年間が本当に「面白かった！！！！」。

そう思っていただけるような最後の時間をこのチームに関わったみんなで、最高の「面白い！」を作り上げつくりたいと思っています。

今回、このような形になりますが、人生で初めてクラウドファンディングに挑戦します。

資金の使い道

いただきましたご支援は、「引退試合開催費（会場費他、記念品代およびユニフォーム作成費等）に充てさせていただきます。

また、集まった資金によっては、運営を手伝っていただくアルバイトさんをお願いする予定です。

※資金用途にはCAMPFIRE手数料も含まれます。

Introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Rissei Ando (Andy) and I am a coach for a junior high school soccer team in Akita Prefecture.

As stated in the title, I have started this project in order to hold a "Retirement Memorial Game" for the players who will graduate from the team at the end of this year and a coach who has been involved with this team for 3 years.

About The Club

Our team belongs to Akita Prefecture and is a small junior high school club with 8 members including 1st and 2nd graders and 2 coaching staff members. (*We will not reveal the name of the school. Sorry.)

This structure began about 6 years ago and with a chance encounter between the players who were playing at the time and students at a nearby university.

I was also a student at that university when I started coaching, and after the first coach and I had graduated,  the team continued to be operated with the help of old players and another student coach.

The student coach who is going to graduate this year has been involved with the team for 3 years and led the team as a head coach this year 

I would like to say a massive thank you to him and offer him a last time with the all friends he has spent the past three years with.

All 11 players on the pitch

As of this March, 11 players from our team will be graduating.

They have spent the past three years facing a lot of adversity.

There was a time when they could not even kick a ball with the team for a long time, as they were hit by COVID-19 right after entering the school, had to cancel tournaments, and were banned from playing.

Then, just before our last tournament, the Akita Prefecture was hit by a heavy rain disaster, and one of our players was so badly injured that he was unable to be on the pitch for an amount of time.

So, I have a special feeling for these players, who decided to fight with us until the end, even though we had a lot of difficulties, both individually and as a team, and hit many barriers, shedding tears and bumping into each other.

"Thank you."

I send off each graduating student with these words every year, and I want to convey this sentiment to them in the best way I can this time as well.

And although the players may not realize it, they have never stood on the same pitch with all 11 of them in the past three years.

The challenge this time is to "stand on the pitch with all 11 players." This challenge is also my revenge.

I want to give the best entertainment.

Suddenly, if you were to ask me, "What is football? I tell my players, "I think the ultimate answer is "Something fun!" is the ultimate answer.

Students have spent three years in junior high school mainly as "players," as the saying goes.

However, there are countless ways to enjoy football, including coaching like me, watching, and working behind the scenes.

And, naturally, they differ from person to person.

football is "interesting"

The "football" that is the most "interesting" that you can enjoy the most is surely somewhere in your life.

I hope you enjoy your journey to find "your football".

This is the message I give to graduating students every year.

They have raised me a lot over the past six years, and at the same time, they have brightened my future.

I want to give something back to them, even if it is just a little.

And in their school football life, these three years were really "interesting!!". 

I hope that everyone involved in this team will be able to create a last time in their junior high school football lives where they can truly think, "This has been an interesting three years!"

This is the first time in my life that I am challenging crowdfunding.

How the funds will be used

Your support will be used to for the cost of holding the retirement match (venue, souvenirs, uniforms, etc.).

Depending on the funds raised, we will also ask for a part-time job person to help us.

The use of the funds will also include CAMPFIRE fees.

This project will be conducted on an all-in basis. Even if the target amount is not reached, we will carry out the plan and deliver returns.
