お知らせが遅くなりすみません。

前回、国慶節のため発送が遅延するとお知らせしましたが、正確には皆さまからご支援いただいた支援金が国慶節より前に届くと想定しており、実際には国慶節の後に届くのがわかったためお知らせいたしました。さらに、送金トラブルがあったようで、我々はそれを待っており、製品自体は発送準備完了しております。支援金が到着次第、発送を開始できる運びです。

皆さまにご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ありませんが、もう少しだけお待ちいただけると幸いです。
もうすぐ着金予定とのことです。

As we announced shipping is a delay because of holidays but accurately, we expected to receive the funds you supported before going in holidays but it was after holidays.
