Hey Everyone,

Just a quick update regarding the High Five shipment.

  • All orders have been sent out from our fulfillment center, your products should have arrived by now or should arrive within the next couple days.

  • A few people have been in contact regarding new addresses, those orders will be shipped out this week.

  • If you still haven’t received your order, please feel free to contact us at crowdfunding@vonmaehlen.com and we will be happy to help you locate your order.

There were a few comments regarding products that are not working. Please be sure to try the following trouble shooting solutions:

  • Make sure High Five is first connected to a power source, then connect it to the device you want to charge. This order is important for High Five to work.

  • The dual connectors need to be inserted correctly in order for it to work. This means for a Lightning port, the little ‘teeth’ on the connector need to be facing downward, or in other word the Vonmählen logo needs to be facing up.

  • The opposite is true for Micro USB: The little ‘teeth’ need to be facing up or the Vonmählen logo needs to facing down.
