Please be sure to try the following trouble shooting solutions:Make sure High Five is first connected to a power source, then connect it to the device you want to charge. This order is important for High Five to work.The dual connectors need to be inserted correctly in order for it to work. Hi High Five® backers!We looked further in the status of shipment. The fulfillment center misinformed us on their processing status. They are only now preparing the address list for labeling. In order to speed up the process our team is currently helping them prepare the list so that it is ready as quickly as possible, but as you know we had 1,000 backers. So it is a bit more of a time investment than we anticipated.
