改めまして、「KOPI mug（コピマグ）」をご支援いただき、ありがとうございました。このプロジェクトを起案しました、TWINZ Studio です。

まずは、今回、「KOPI mug（コピマグ）」の配送が遅延していることに心からお詫び申し上げます。

皆様が、製品を受け取ることに不安を感じているに違いないだろうと思っております。このような状況にも関わらず、忍耐強くお待ちいただいていることと、プロジェクトをサポートし続けてくださっていることを、本当に感謝しております。

「KOPI mug（コピマグ）」の品質を確保してからお届けするために、細部まで注意を払って検査を行った末、生産はすべて完了いたしました。

現在、すべての製品を香港の配送センターに輸送中です。

今週末までに、日本への製品発送を開始し、来週には商品をお受け取りいただける予定です。 

到着後、「KOPI mug（コピマグ）」の品質に満足していただければ、幸いです。

Dear Machi-Ya backers,

First, we’d like to express our sincere apologies for the delay of delivering the KOPI Mug to you. 

we know you must be feeling anxious about receiving the products, we really appreciate your patience and supporting our project. Because it is our first production so we have been taken extra cautious on all the details to make sure that the quality meets our standards. The production is finally all completed, we are transporting all the products to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong now. 

By the end of this week, we’ll start shipping the products to Japan which you will be receiving them by next week. We hope you’ll be pleased with the performance and the quality of the KOPI Mug after you receive it.
