We're truly sorry for the delay in updating you guys. There is simply no excuse for this.

The global pandemic caused delays in production and is making international shipping complicated too.

However, we have some good news. Shipping is expected to commence next week, after the 18th of May. We should have tracking numbers available by the 22nd of May.

We usually ship with SF Express to Japan or International Post. At the moment, neither of these options are available due to COVID-19.

We'll be shipping via sea freight, which we expect to take 30-60 days for delivery. Despite this is not ideal, it's the only viable shipping option available for us at the time.
