From the title, to be honest I couldn’t imagine how it tastes like. Is it daikon or squid??? Some people may not like too much fishy taste. But this isn’t like that. Have you ever tried dried daikon radish called “kiriboshi-daikon” before? The taste is similar to that. But unlike regular kiriboshi-daikon, it has so much flavors and taste.
It’s made of natural vegetable so even if you eat too much, you won’t feel guilty. Yes, this is guilty-free snack!
The DADHI from surume a.k.a. Dried squid adding rich flavor to Daikon, so you can use it not only for snack, but also for even cooking! Personally I thought I want to use for miso soup or ochazuke. The spicy one was spicier than I expected, but it would be great snack for drinking time. Since it’s dried, as you chew, you can taste more. So it may help you when you are on diet, too! For any occasions, it is great snacks!
