 初めまして！私たちは山梨県都留市にゲストハウスを作ろうと日々奮闘しているゲストハウスゆかりです。最初に立ち上げメンバーの紹介をさせていただくと同時に、ゆかりのことを知っていただくためにより詳しくお話しさせていただきます。
● Introduction
Hello! We are the "Guest House Yukari” in Tsuru, Yamanashi prefecture.
First, we will introduce ourselves, then we will talk about our project.

○メンバー紹介

◎えり
18年間長野県の大自然に囲まれて育つ
夢は世界一周と自給自足の生活
深い愛で包み込み、人の背中をそっと押せる、
そんな人になる為に日々奮闘中。

○Eri

I was born in Nagano, and grew up surrounded by nature.
My dream is to "Travel around the world” and to "Live the life of self-sufficiency”.
I want to be a person who has big love and support for everyone.

◎チャーリー
好きなことはカメラと旅行と気の向くままに出かけること。
おいしいものを食べている時が一番幸せ。
ドキドキとワクワクを求めてゲストハウス立ち上げに全力をかける.

○Charlie
My hobby is taking photos, traveling and going out care free.
Eating delicious food is the happiest time for me.
I devote my time to launch this guest house Yukari project to seek the “pulse” of this large scale project and I am very excited.

◎ひめ

好きなものは映画と読書と旅行とひとと関わること。

教育を通して、

みんなが「らしさ」を輝かせることができる暖かい居場所をつくり

ひとりでも多くの大切な人たちを幸せにすること。

そんなおっきな夢を叶えるため日々模索中。。。
わたしらしく。大切なもの大切な人を大切に。がひめ流人生モットー。

○Hime
My favorite things are watching movies, reading books, traveling, talking, and making good relationships with many people.
It's my big dream to make a place that everyone can come and stay, to be comfortable, and to demonstrate their own unique personality.
To “Live myself” and “To keep my precious people and things” are my life motto.

◎おちくん

中学時代の恩師に憧れて教師になるために
みかんが有名な愛媛県から都留へ。
中高陸上競技部に所属して学んだ努力や継続することの
大切さを活かしながら、4年間大学生活を送ってきた
都留になにか足跡を残したいと考え、ゲストハウス計画に参加。

○Ochi
I came from Tsuru, Ehime where tangerines is are the famous fruits. My dream is to become a teacher because of the strong impact that my junior high school teacher had on me.
I joined this project because I want to leave something behind, a lasting impression to showcase my 4 years of university life.
Learning the importance of continuation and effort through my club activity track and field, I am able to go on to do better things.

◎Junior
岡山県から教師になるという夢を抱え都留へ。
好きなことは旅、写真、映画鑑賞。
硬式庭球部に所属し、その後体育会本部幹事長を務めた。
人を笑わせること、楽しいことが大好き。
人との繋がりを大切にし、自分の人生を豊かに、
教師としての糧とするためにゲストハウスに参加する。

○Junior
I came Tsuru from Okayama to be a teacher.
My hobby is traveling, taking photos, and watching movies.
I was a member of tennis club and leader of an athletic team.
I love to make people laugh and I enjoy exciting things.
I joined this project to make precious connections while broadening my horizons.

○ゆかりとは
 もっと都留を盛り上げたい、学生や地域の方たち、遠方からの観光客が交流できる拠点を作りたいという都留文科大学の学生5人の想いから始まったプロジェクトです。

● About our project “Yukari”
It's a project that started from 5 students of Tsuru University.
We want to make a place to communicate with students, regional people, and tourist from all over around world. All with the intent to raise awareness of this beautiful city of Tsuru.

  ゲストハウスゆかりの場所は『富士山に一番近い鉄道』とされる富士急行線の駅の1つである谷村町駅から約1分のところにあります。同駅を降り、左手にある公園の隣にある古民家がゲストハウスゆかりとなる予定の家です。(お城をイメージした公衆電話が目印です)もともとは診療施設でしたが、現在はNPO法人の建物として使われています。

● Place
"Yamura-machi" station is near our guesthouse. You can come here by the Fuji Kyuko line that is the nearest train station from Mt. Fuji.
You get off the train at Yamura-machi station and you enjoy the beautiful a park on your left hand side.
Located right next to the park is our guest house.
The landmark to look out for is a telephone booth that is shaped like a Japanese castle.
This space used to be a hospital, but now it's used for “NPO”.

○『ゆかり』の由来は2つあります。
① 『縁（ゆかり）』と書き、「人と人・人とモノの繋がりやきっかけが生まれる場所」や「実家のようで落ち着き、みんなが家族になれる場所」という意味。
② 『紫（ゆかり）』と書いて、古今和歌集の「紫のひともとゆえに武蔵野の草は見ながらあはれとぞ見る」という和歌のように紫草、つまりゆかりがあることで都留の良さや周囲の人の大切さという周囲の草花も一層愛おしく思える場所にしたいという意味。

○都留について
都留市は東京から電車で約1時間あまり、山梨県の東部に位置し、世界文化遺産に登録された富士山をはじめとしてさまざまな山に囲まれた、豊かで雄大な自然と清らかで澄んだ水に恵まれた城下町の面影を残す小都市です。人口は約32000人（2015年）ですが、そのうちの約1割が都留文科大学に在学する県外からの学生で構成されている学園都市です。富士山はもちろん、富士急ハイランドやリニアモーターカー実験の拠点基地などがあり、休日には多くの観光客で賑わっております。

● About Tsuru
It takes about 1 hour to get to Tsuru from Tokyo.
It is located on the east side of Yamanashi prefecture surrounded by many mountains such as Mt. Fuji. The city has beautiful nature and pure water. The city of Tsuru still maintains its old traditional Japanese style “castle town” look.
The population is about 32,000 people.（10% are University students from around Japan. It's a student’s town.）There are many attractions such as Mt. Fuji, Fujikyu Highland, and linear Center. Many tourists visit here every year.

▼プロジェクトをやろうと思った理由

私たちメンバー5人は全員旅好きであり、お財布にも優しいということでゲストハウスを利用する機会がありました。その多くは広間にカフェやバーを置き、地域に開かれた場所にすることで観光客だけでなく、地域の人たちとも交流ができ、非常に居心地の良い温かさが素敵だなと感じました。そんな場所を都留にも作り、大学の環境だけでは出会えないようなゲストさんと交流して、自分の世界を広げてほしい。その想いをゲストハウスでなら形にできると考え、このプロジェクトは始まりました。

今回、ゲストハウス開業にあたり、必要資金をクラウンドファンディングで集めようと決意したのには、わたしたちのコンセプト「人と人とのつながりが生まれる場所　ゲストハウスゆかり」という部分に込めた強い想いからです。私たちは５人とも普通の大学生です。いつか、大学を卒業し、学生ではなくなります。卒業したら、ゆかりはどうするのか。ゆかりのことを本気で応援してくださる方からよく聞かれることのひとつです。わたしたち５人の想いから始まったゲストハウスゆかりは私たちが卒業した後も学生で運営し続けることができる様に後継者の育成や引き継ぎのための体制づくりを現在、同時進行で進めています。そして、立ち上げメンバーである私たちは形は変わったとしてもゲストハウスゆかりが続く限りずっと関わり続ける覚悟をもってこのゲストハウスづくりを進めています。「学生だから」ではなく、「学生だからこそ」を本気で実現しようと奮闘しています。まだまだ知識や経験が追い付かず、悩むことぶつかることもたくさんありますが、そのたびに本当にありがたいことにたくさんのひとたちに助けていただき応援していただきながら、一歩一歩進んでいます。たくさんのひとたちの想いのつまった場所にしたい、つながりを大切にしたい。だからこそ、クラウドファンディングという形でたくさんの方々の支援をいただき、その想いのこもった資金を大切に大切につかい、ゲストハウスゆかりを作り上げることで、多くの人たちにとってゆかりが想いのこもった大切な場所となること、このプロジェクトを通してゲストハウスゆかりに興味を持っていただき、支援してくださる方々たちとのつながりが生まれ、ゲストハウスゆかりに訪れてくださるきっかけをつくることができたらいいな。そう思っています。

● The reasons why we love this project.
All of our members’ love to take trips, and we often use guest house’s because the cost is cheap.
This guest house has a cafe/bar, and it is open to local people, so everyone can communicate freely and enjoy a very comfortable atmosphere. We love the atmosphere of this guesthouse.
We started this project with the intent to open up a new gateway to the world for the wonderful students of this magnificent city of Tsuru.

The reasons why we try to crowd fund this project is due to our concept that “a free flowing guest house will be able to connect people in a deeper and more effective way, while using the least amount of cost.”We are students. We are going to graduate from this university day, but we want to sustain this project. We will try our very best to make a quality product that will shed new light on this city and that will be a great gift to pass on to our successors.Also, we have created a resolution to keep taking part in this guest house.Every day we struggled to come up with the correct direction for this guest house project.We don’t have much knowledge and experience in this, and we had to overcome many obstacles but in that struggle we found that many people came to our aid. We want to make a place where many people’s wishes and thoughts can converge in a free flowing atmosphere so that it will give them a greater sense of connection. So, we would like to receive the support from as many people in the form of cloud funding, and to make guest house Yukari with those funds. Through this project, we hope that people are interested in the guest house, make a deep connection with people who supported it and we want you to take a leap of faith, and visit project Yukari！

▼資金の使い道

『ゲストハウスゆかり』は、建物を間借りさせていただく形で、簡易宿泊所の許可を取れるように改修し、開業のために必要な備品もそろえていきます。メンバーの資産から負担することは勿論ですが、金額が膨大でとてもすべては賄いきれません。特に改修費用に関しては所有者の方に無理を言って比較的、支払い可能な金額を提示させてもらっています。設定金額が200万円と膨大ではありますが、今回のクラウドファンディングで支援していただける方がいらっしゃいましたら、資金はすべてゲストハウス開業にあたっての改修費用のための資金とさせていただきます。

● How we will use the funds
"Guesthouse Yukari" will rent out a part of the building. We will repair the house and the bare necessities to get our doors open. Of course, we will have to make the investment, and we aren’t going to lie, the amount is huge and we can’t cover all of it. The set amount is huge as it is 2 million yen, but if we band together as a community and utilize cloud funding, we will be able to get this project off the ground! All funds will be used for the renovation cost for opening.



ご協力いただいた方々へのリターンについては、直接おひとりおひとりとお会いし、私たちのおもてなしやあたたかなかかわりの中で心からの感謝を伝えたいとの思いから、支援者の方が私たちのゲストハウスゆかりに足を運んでいただくきっかけになるようなリターンをメンバーで考えました。

　All　In形式ですので、目標金額に達しない場合でも、あたたかな支援をしてくださった支援者様方には、きちんとリターンをさせていただくことをここでお約束させていただきます。

● About return of crowdfunding
Regarding the return, we thought that the supporters would be willing to visit our guest house. Since it is an “All-In”, crowdfunding’s format, even if it doesn’t reach the target price, our promise is that we will definitely return the investment to the supporter.
