We sincerely apologize for the concern that we have not been able to report frequently on the production status. As a supplement to the activity report posted the other day, I would like to report the current situation as follows.

At this stage, 90% of the products are in production.

The product body, packing package, armrests, and body parts are all completed. You can check the finished parts and assembly process in the unboxing GIF below.


The parts that are waiting for production at this stage are the smart sensor parts circled in red below.



I will explain how the electrical parts are delayed.

All electrical components have already been ordered and paid for. Currently, the last step of the production line is not completed because FCC certification and CE certification have not passed. We have passed the certification required for the United States and Europe without any problems, including the partners who proceed with the certification process of the technical suitability necessary for delivery to Japanese people and provide certification support because we have successfully obtained it. I decided to proceed with the order for the electrical parts from the factory.

However, despite the same parts, I failed the FCC certification in the United States and the CE certification in Europe. Although we have passed the certification required for Japan, we cannot ship the product without FCC / CE certification. (In addition to everyone at CAMPFIRE, we are also doing crowdfunding from the American crowdfunding platform to countries around the world including Europe and the United States.)

For this reason, we are currently redesigning electrical components that meet all the international safety requirements for FCC / CE and certification required for shipping to Japan.

We have decided to redesign and re-inspect our products in order to provide our supporters with products that meet the best conditions and that can fully guarantee their safety.

About the shipping schedule at this stage

We are redesigning electrical parts at the factory, and we are constantly communicating with our engineer team and factory so that we can always obtain all certifications. Depending on how busy the international certification service is, we expect to pass the certification test one to 1.5 months from now. After that, production and delivery will be completed in one month, and we will be able to send the return product to you.

We will inform you as soon as the inspection delivery date is confirmed and the shipping date is known.
