私はディスクゴルファーです。コースで見かける普通の三脚のスツールは、かなり低い位置に座っています。Sitgoのシートなら、そこまで低くなることはなく、しかも立ったままでも十分な休息がとれます。私は、ディスクゴルフのトーナメントを撮影することもあります。そのため、立ちっぱなしで移動することが多くなります。以前は一脚でカメラを支えていましたが、今はショルダーリグとSitgoを使っています。一脚ではできなかった自由な動きが可能になり、さらに撮影中も100％立ちっぱなしというわけではありません。軽量なので、ディスクゴルフを撮影するときに持っていってもあまり気になりません。

どれくらいの重さまで耐えられるか心配な方も、頑丈なので安心してください。私は身長180cm、体重300ポンド(136kg)近くあります。ウォールマートやアカデミーでキャンプ用の椅子を買うときは、耐荷重を気にしなければなりません。Sitgoはそうではありません。一度、所定の位置に固定され、私が望む高さになれば、私を支えてくれるという心配はありません。

I am a disc golfer. The normal tripod stool that you see on the course has you sitting pretty low to the ground. With the Sitgo seat, I'm never that low, yet am still getting a nice rest from standing. I also film disc golf tournaments. That requires me to be on my feet and mobile a lot. I used to use a monopod to support my camera, but now use a shoulder rig and the Sitgo. That allows me the freedom of movement that a monopod didn't, plus I'm not 100% on my feet while I'm filming. With it being so lightweight, I don't really notice it as I tote it along with me when filming disc golf.

Anybody concerned about how much weight it will hold can be rest assured that it is sturdy. I am a nearly 300 pound, 6'1" fella. I have to concern myself with weight capacity when buying camp chairs from places like WalMart and Academy. Not so with the Sitgo. Once it's locked in place and at the height I want it, there's no concern that it'll hold me up.
