１. 年末のご挨拶

今年も残り数時間となりました。
2022年の1月から始まったクラウドファンディング。
2022年1月31日、１ヶ月間で皆様から多大なるご支援をいただき、目標を達成。
その後、DIYボランティアの皆さんと平岡地区の空き家を再生。
2022年6月17日、空き家再生型サードプレイス「ひらおかサステラス」がOPENしました。
その後も、クラウドファンディングサポーターの皆様からの応援とボランティアさんとのさらなるDIYが続いております。

奇跡のようなこの1年、これまでのたくさんの励ましの言葉、お祝い、ご協力、ご利用をありがとうございました！
サステナブルな量り売りショッピング、ローカルプロデューサーさんの委託販売、各種ワークショップや講座、ヨガレッスン、放課後宿題カフェ、英語クラブ、SDGs上映会、Garage Sale、寄付活動、フードバンク、難民支援写真展、踊り講習会...
おかげ様で、半年間、多くの方と出会いながら、事業の継続を果たすことができました。
最近では、地域の子どもやお年寄りにも話題となり、ご利用も増えてまいりました。
来年のイベントやご利用のご予約もいただいており、大変嬉しく思います。

今後も、皆様からのご期待に添えられるように、また、初心を忘れずに、この場所を守っていきたいと思います！

1. Our Year-end greetings

Only a few hours left this year.
Our crowdfunding started in January 2022.
On January 31, 2022, we achieved our goal with a lot of support from you in one month. After that, we refurbished an empty house in the Hiraoka district with the DIY volunteers.
On June 17, 2022, the refurbished third place "Hiraoka SusTERRAcE" opened.

Since then, a lot of support from crowdfunding supporters and further DIY with volunteers have continued.

Thank you for all the words of encouragement, congratulations, cooperation and visiting in this miraculous year, 2022.

We offered sustainable shopping place, selling local products, various workshops and courses, yoga lessons, after-school free learning space, adult English clubs, SDGs screenings, garage sales for donation, donation activities, food drive, refugee support photo exhibitions, dance classes....etc.

Thanks to you, we were able to continue our business for half a year.

Recently, our place has become a hot topic among local children and elderly people, and the number of local users has increased.

We are very happy to have reservations for next year's event and use.

In the future, we would like to protect this place so that we can meet your expectations, and without forgetting our original intention!

ひらおかサステラスの年明けの営業は2023年1月6日（金）の9:30-17:00からです。

袖ケ浦周辺のいいところを集結し、いろいろ企画しております。ぜひ遊びにいらしてください！
※クラウドファンディングの返礼品（リターン）のクーポンご利用いただけます。皆様、お待ちしております！

2. New Year's notice
Hiraoka SusTERRAcE will be open from 9:30-17:00 on Friday, January 6, 2023.
◆January event schedule
We are planning various events by gathering the good staffs around Sodegaura. Please come and visit us! *You can use the coupons of crowdfunding rewards (Returns). We are waiting for you!

◆ひらおかサステラスのDIY
来年は外壁アート、キッチンダイニング、屋外テラス周辺のDIYを行い、シェアキッチンスペースを解放したいと思っております。現状、営業と並行していますのでDIYのスケジューリングがなかなかスムーズにいきませんが、またお力をお貸しいただけると幸いです。

2022年、小さな小さな私の声を大きく広げてくれた皆様とのご縁に改めて感謝し、新しい年の皆様のさらなるご多幸と輝かしいご活躍をお祈りしております。

それでは、良いお年をお迎えください。

◆ DIY at Hiraoka SusTERRAcE
Next year, we would like to release the shared kitchen space by DIYing the exterior wall, the kitchen dining space, and around the outdoor terrace. Currently, we are running in parallel with regular business, so the DIY schedule is not going smoothly, but we would appreciate it if you could help us again.

In 2022, I express my gratitude to all of you who have spread my small voice, and I wish you all the best in the new year.
