Hi, it’s SRN.Hope you guys are doing well in this warm season!And Thank you for visiting this page to get to know about my song and this crowdfunding project.The song “Needles” is my first released song and was born out of the struggles I’ve felt in my life.I made it for myself but also for those who are fighting to stay true to themselves.In our daily lives, we are constantly judged by our surroundings or even by our own selves. People we do not know have opinions and question who we are and the things we've done. She was an introverted kid and didn’t like to stand out in public. However, watching a dance group on TV inspired her to learn how to dance which sparked her curiosity and led her into the creative field.She often travelled from her hometown Miyagi to Tokyo for dance lessons and performed with her peers at events in Miyagi and Tokyo.In 2017, Nana moved to Vancouver, Canada where she began her modelling career. She discovered her unique style through working with photographers, make-up artists and designers.In 2020, she participated the audition “Rumor Me” organized by Condé Nast Japan. Her works were highly evaluated and were eventually chosen by judges to become a member of Condé Nast Social Talent Agency as a creative influencer.However, due to COVID19 in 2020, Nana was forced to move back to Japan. Her opportunities to model and dance were extremely limited due to the pandemic. Setting up photoshoots with photographers, make-up artists and designers were virtually impossible. The lack of control Nana had over her creative life took a toll on her mental health. After fighting through the internal struggles, she decided to find her own creative independence by starting her new chapter as a hip-hop artist, SRN.

It's SRN.It’s been 5 days since this crowdfunding started and I truly appreciate your support!This song “Needles” was a big challenge for me since I haven’t had much experience in the music industry. I was really excited to release the song but deep down my anxiety was as huge as an exciting feeling. And the same is true of this crowdfunding project.However, now that I actually see how supportive you guys are, my anxious feeling is gradually gone.
