LBGTのコミュニティーのための制度が整っている海外に比較して、LGBTの方々が自分の求める性的指向の人と出会う「場」が限られている現状があります。そこで新たに、「国際結婚相談所」と「LGBT向けの国内国際結婚相談所」の二本立ての事業を展開し、LGBTの方々が自分らしく恋愛や結婚ができる安心安全の場を提供したいと考えています。私たちは、LGBTの方々が自分らしく恋愛や結婚ができる環境整備に貢献することを目標とし、当プロジェクトを策定しました。
Compared to other countries where institutions for the LBGT community are well established, there are currently limited "places" for LGBT people to meet people of the sexual orientation they seek. Our goal is to contribute to the development of an environment where LGBT people can fall in love and get married in their own way.

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと The goal of this project is to achieve the following:

●日本のLGBTの方々が自由な恋愛を実現するため、LGBT向けの国内・国際結婚相談サービスを提供すること。

To contribute to the development of an environment where LGBT people in Japan can enjoy free love and can meet people of their own sexual orientation.

●海外からも利用者を募り、既存の一般的なマッチングサービスとは異なる体の性・心の性・恋愛対象を含めたマッチングを可能にすること。

To provide domestic and international marriage counseling services for LGBT people in Japan. Unlike general matching services that already exist, the service will be open to users from overseas, and will enable matching that includes physical sex, mental sex, and romantic interests.

●システムだけではなく、仲人（婚活カウンセラー）を設け、相談者の悩みに寄り添ったサービスを提供すること。

To create a service that is not only based on the system, but a matching services that includes marriage activity counselors to provide support for the clients.

●スムーズなコミュニケーションを実現するため、海外の方々との出会いの場を提供し、お互いの言葉の壁をなくす自動翻訳機能を搭載した新しいチャットシステム（他プロジェクトにて開発予定）を活用すること。

In order to provide a place to meet people not only from Japan but also from overseas, a new chat system (to be developed in other projects) with an automatic translation function will be used to enable smooth communication and eliminate language barriers between people.

●将来的には各国に進出し、国内外の主要都市で各国内・国際結婚相談サービスおよびLGBT向けのサービスを展開すること。

In the future, we aim to expand into other countries and major cities in Japan and provide in-country/international marriage and LGBT in-country/international marriage counseling services.

LGBTのパートナーについて LGBT Partners 

世界中でLGBTに対する関心や理解を求める声が拡大しており、同性婚やLGBT同士のパートナーシップ制度の整備が進められています。
Interest in and understanding of LGBT people has been expanding around the world, and same-sex marriages and LGBT partnership systems are being developed.

LGBTとは、レズビアン・ゲイ・バイセクシュアル・トランスジェンダーの頭文字をとった総称であり、所謂「男女の恋愛」について異なる考え方や価値観を持った人々を指しています。共同通信社が令和5年2月に行った世論調査によれば、回答者数1,060人のうち、LGBT理解増進法が「必要」と答えた割合は64.3％（682人）、同性婚について「認める方がよい」と答えた割合は64％（679名）となっています。つまり、LGBTが過ごしやすい環境作りや同性婚に向けて取り組むべきだと考えている人々が多いことがわかります。一部の地域ではパートナーシップ制度が導入され、実際に同性同士が共に暮らしやすい環境整備に向けた取り組みも行われています。
LGBT is an acronym for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, and refers to people who have different ideas and values about so-called male-female relationships. According to a public opinion poll conducted by Kyodo News in February 2023, 64.3% (682 people) of the 1,060 respondents answered that the LGBT Understanding Promotion Act is "necessary," and 64% (679 people) answered that same-sex marriage "should be recognized. This indicates that many respondents believe that efforts should be made to create a comfortable environment for LGBT people and to promote same-sex marriage. In some areas, partnership systems have been introduced, and efforts are being made to create an environment where it is easier for people of the same sex to live together.

解決したいLGBTのパートナー探しにおける課題 Challenges

LGBT同士でパートナーを探す場合、自身の性に対する価値観と一致する相手を見つけることは困難です。
LGBTに対する理解は進んでいますが、自身がLGBTから好意を向けられることに対する理解はまだ浸透していません。そのため、LGBTから思いを打ち明けられた場合、上手く受け入れることができない人々も多いのが現状です。LGBT側も、相手が自分の思いを受け入れてくれるか不安に感じており、思いを打ち明けようとしても、相手を苦しませてしまうのではないか、アウティング（本人の了承を得ずにLGBTについて公にすること）されるのではないか、と悩んでしまいます。そのため、パートナーを探すことが難しくなっています。また、LGBT同士でパートナーを探す場合でも、自身の性に対する価値観と一致する相手を見つけることは困難です。なぜなら、LGBTには多様な性自認・体の性・性的指向があり、相手に求める価値観や考え方も人によって異なるからです。
When looking for a partner among LGBT people, it is difficult to find a partner who matches one's own values about sexuality.
As mentioned above, while it is true that there is a growing understanding of LGBT people, there is not much understanding about being favored by LGBT people themselves. This makes it difficult for many people to accept the feelings of an LGBT person when he or she confides them to them, and the LGBT person may feel insecure about whether or not the other person will accept their feelings, so they may feel that they will cause the other person pain if they try to confide their feelings to them, or they may feel that they will be outcasts ( This makes it difficult for them to find a partner. Even when LGBT couples are looking for a partner, it is difficult to find a partner whose sexuality matches their own values.)
LGBT people have a wide variety of gender identities, body types, and sexual orientations, and the values and perspectives they seek in a partner differ from person to person. For this reason, although there are LGBT matching services, most of them provide only the profile information that is described in general matching services, making it difficult to find a partner whose values and sexuality match one's own views on love.

例えば、図のように「女性が女性を好きになる」という場合でも、人によって相手を恋愛対象として見る方法は異なります。「①体も心も女性で、同性として女性が好き」「②体は女性だけど心は男性で、異性として女性が好き」「③体は女性だけど心は男女両方で、異性として（または同性として）女性が好き」などのパターンが存在します。
For example, even when a "woman likes a woman" as shown in the figure, different people see the other person as an object of romantic interest in different ways, such as "(1) I am a woman in body and mind and like women as the same sex," "(2) I am a woman in body but a man in mind and like women as the opposite sex," or "(3) I am a woman in body but both men and women in mind and like women as the opposite sex (or as the same sex). Therefore, the way in which LGBT people view their matches is different.

そのため、LGBTを対象としたマッチングサービスは存在していますが、一般的なマッチングサービスで記載されるようなプロフィール程度の情報しか得られず、性に対する価値観も含めて自分の恋愛観に合致する相手との出会いが難しいという課題があります。
For this reason, although LGBT-targeted matching services do exist, in most cases the information is limited to the profile that would be provided by a general matching service, making it difficult to meet someone whose views on love, along with their values on sex, match one's own.
