It's been a while since our project completed. First of all, we'd like to apologize for the delay in shipping. Our team has been working around the clock in the past couple of months, ramping up mass production and liaising with our logistics partners during this difficult time. Like many other creators, we have been experiencing supplier delays and logistic backlogs due to the ongoing pandemic. That said, we have some great news to share. 

We Are Here To Deliver Our Promises 

This is our fourth campaign. Many of you are returning backers from our previous successful campaigns. Every single time, we delivered on our promises. This time, there is no exception. 

At Ti22, we value your trust. We want to assure you that, we are here to deliver. Even though there have been some unforeseeable delays in supply chain and logistics due to COVID-19, our determination to deliver the rewards with the same exceptional quality of Ti22 stays unchanged. 

Our entire team truly appreciates your kind understanding and patience. While we are catching up on timelines and fulfilment, we want to say THANK YOU ALL! 

Mass Production In Good Progress  

We'd like to provide an update on the current production status. 

1) Mass production has been ongoing since July. Although material supplies and production have been slower than we expected, due to the lack of available workforce as well as supply chain backlogs, we can confirm that we have now secured all material supplies and we are working around the clock to ramp up mass production needed for fulfilment. Here are some photos of the freshly produced TOKIs in raw titanium finish. 

2) At Ti22, we pay great attention to details. Part of the work we have been focusing on is to ensure the perfection of every aspect of Toki. From finishing colors to custom laser engraving, and the robustness of the lid, every detail is rigorously tested and QA'd to ensure we deliver the best quality possible to every Toki owner.   

Delivery Schedule Update 

Now that mass production is in good progress, we are eager to deliver Toki to your hands. That said, as you can expect, with the ongoing pandemic, many commercial flights have been cancelled and with that, a huge backlog with global logistics. We are actively working with our logistics partners. 

Our goal is to achieve a speedy and secure delivery while reducing the risk of any unexpected customs charges for our backers. 

We will be posting further updates on the final shipment dates but we do expect the majority of shipments to commence in the month of Oct.
