Hope you are staying safe and healthy during this difficult time of the pandemic. We'd like to provide a quick update on the latest production progress. 

Scaling Up Mass Production

After months of effort, we are now scaling up mass production. Our goal is not only to successfully deliver Toki to you but also to deliver exceptional quality.  

Some known issues we have fixed during pre-production:

* Improved vacuum suction reliability

* Minor defects on the body

* Minor alignment issues of the lid

* Improved heat and cold retention

Our engineers are now satisfied with the improvements and we are moving forward with larger-scale production. See some factory photos below:

Delivery Schedule Update

In our last update, we promised to provide a new estimate on shipments. Unfortunately, a lot of factors may still impact the final shipment dates, but our goal is to deliver Toki to you before Christmas. With the upcoming US election and holiday season, logistics are becoming even more challenging, but we are working around the clock to ensure that we can get Toki to you as soon as possible.
