This year, they invited four Japanese artists, some of them are active in Italy and Germany, to bring a new dimension to the Romanian music scene. The festival was enjoyed by an audience of around 300 people every day, and each artist gave a unique performance using different techniques, from analogue to straight-up DJ sets. It was a great way to show that music is an international language. The festival took place at the developing MultipleXity, a new centre for Art, Technology and Experimental Media. This fact means an important step for the SABOTAGE Festival for the preparation towards 2022 and the title year of European Capital of Culture, 2023.
