[English Below] 本日はルーマニアのティミショアラで９月に開催された電子音楽の祭典 サボタージュ・フェスティバルを紹介します！2013年からティミショアラで開催されてきた電子音楽の祭典「サボタージュ・フェスティバル」。毎年各国からアーティストが参加する本フェスティバルは、ルーマニアの音楽シーンに新たな風を吹き込むため、イタリアやドイツでも活躍する4人の日本人アーティストを招聘しました。連日300人ほどの観客が楽しんだフェスティバルは、各アーティストがアナログから本格的なDJセットまで異なる手法を用いて独自のパフォーマンスを披露。音楽が国際的な言語であると示す素晴らしいものになりました。Performance scenes at Sabotage Festival　©Seba Tataru アーティスト同士もお互いのＤＪセットや音楽性から刺激を受け、さらなる協働の可能性も生まれています。「Multiplexity(マルチプレキシティ) – 芸術・技術・実験メディアセンター」開設準備が進む会場での開催は、欧州文化首都のタイトルイヤーである2023年に向けてサボタージュ・フェスティバルがさらに展開していく重要な1歩となり、2022年のエディションに向けても、新たに準備が進められています。プロジェクトの報告エッセイはこちらから！デリア・ポパ「サボタージュのチャンス到来」The Sabotage Festival is an electronic music festival in Timisoara and has been attracting artists from many countries since 2013. This year, they invited four Japanese artists, some of them are active in Italy and Germany, to bring a new dimension to the Romanian music scene. The festival was enjoyed by an audience of around 300 people every day, and each artist gave a unique performance using different techniques, from analogue to straight-up DJ sets. It was a great way to show that music is an international language. Performance scenes at Sabotage Festival　©Seba Tataru The artists were also inspired by each other, from their DJ sets or musicianship, and it leads to further possibilities for collaboration. The festival took place at the developing MultipleXity, a new centre for Art, Technology and Experimental Media. 2022年に実施される各欧州文化首都のプロジェクトのうち、当委員会が支援する日本関連プロジェクト(第28回EU・ジャパンフェスト）が新たに決定しました!!We reveal the new Japan-related projects in the European Capitals of Culture 2021-2023!(2021年11月8日現在/As of 8 Nov. 2021) タイトルイヤーを迎えるノヴィ・サド（セルビア）はもちろん、2023年に向けてエレフシナ（ギリシャ）、ティミショアラ（ルーマニア）でも様々なプロジェクトが実施されます! 本日はそのなかから、ノヴィ・サドで実施される2つのプロジェクトを紹介します。The various Japan-related programs will take place in three cities, notably in Novi Sad (Serbia) as it will celebrate the title year! Here, we pick up just two of them.The photos at the Galway 2020& Novi Sad 2021 Presentation&Networking Event in 2019地元レストランのメニュー拡大も視野にいれた料理家のレジデンスプロジェクト。ノヴィ・サドに招聘される料理家たちは地元の料理家たちとペアを組み、セルビアの地元料理や地元食材を活用したメニュー考案などに取り組みます。参加料理家の出身国の要素・調理法などを取り入れることも可能で、市内のカルチャー・ステーションにて来場者にふるまわれます。日本からの参加者は、2019年東京開催の「欧州文化首都ゴールウェイ2020＆ノヴィ・サド2021 プレゼンテーション＆交流会」にてセルビア料理を紹介した橋本典子氏（Serbian Night／DOMACA）。どのようなレジデンスになるのか、ぜひご注目ください！The residence project with international cooks aims at creating a rich menu in local restaurants. The invited international cooks will be paired with local cooks, and they will work on creating new menus using local receipts or ingredients. The fusion with receipt or ideas of participating cook is welcomed. The audience in Novi Sad can enjoy their dishes at the some Culture Station. From Japan, Ms Noriko Hashimoto (Serbian Night/DOMACA), who offered Serbian dishes at the Galway 2020 & Novi Sad 2021 Presentation& Networking in Tokyo, 2019, will take part in this project. What kind of dishes they will create? Please keep your eye on it!セルビアの首都ベオグラードと東京で開催されてきた日本・セルビア映画祭は、欧州文化首都開催を記念して2022年はノヴィ・サドで開催されます！欧州文化首都ノヴィ・サド2021-2022のコア・プログラム「Other Europe」の一環として6日間にわたって開催。映画コンペティションやパネルディスカッション、ワークショップに加えてパフォーマンスなども行われる予定です。2018年の日本・セルビア映画祭にて審査員も務めた俳優の菟田高城氏がワークショップに登壇、オープニングアクトにはロンドンを拠点に活動するダンサーのユキノ・マクヒュー氏が出演予定です。こちらも大注目です！The Japanese Serbian Film Festival (JSFF) annually takes place in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia and Tokyo. In 2022, they will hold it in Novi Sad as a part of the core programme “Other Europe” of Novi Sad 2021-2022! The 6-day festival will offer not only the screening and competitions of the films but also the panel discussion, workshops as well as performances. Actor Mr. Takaki Uda, who was a jury at the JSFF in 2018, will give a workshop and Ms. Yukino McHugh, a London-based dancer, will take a stage of the Opening Act.
