本日も一緒に活動しているメンバーの紹介をしたいと思います！

クリストファー

My name is Christopher Contrera and I am Paraguayan Nikkei.

I am an architect graduated from the National University of Asuncion in August 2020.

I am currently on a scholarship from JICA in the city of Yokohama - Japan, to pursue a master's degree with emphasis on people with disabilities and the elderly at the Institute of Urban Innovation within the Department of Social Sciences of the National University of Yokohama. I chose this university because it is categorized as one of the best in the country and my meeting with Dr. Fujikake (tutor) laid the foundation for me to continue studying and training as a professional.

I got involved in the Biotoilet project with Japanese students with the intention of contributing my architectural knowledge. This project will be carried out in Caaguazu - Paraguay. The project will bring to the community a new model of toilet units that recycle fecal matter to produce compost and its derivatives. 

This toilet will be an example for many communities in Paraguay and other countries.

2020年8月にアスンシオン国立大学の建築学科を卒業しました。

現在は、横浜国立大学都市イノベーション学府で障がい者と高齢者を重点に置いて修士号を取得するために、JICA横浜の奨学生として日本にいます。

この大学を選んだのは、この国で最も良い大学のひとつであり、横浜国立大学都市イノベーション研究院の教授（当基金理事長）の藤掛教授と研修を通して出会い、勉強をつづける基盤を作って下さったからです。

建築の知識に加え、社会科学の視点を融合した文理融合の視点から貢献しようと思い、パラグアイ農村においてバイオトイレを建設するプロジェクトに日本の学生と参加しました。このプロジェクトは、パラグアイのカアグアス県で実施されます。このプロジェクトにより、排泄物をリサイクルし堆肥を生産する、新しいトイレのモデルを現地のコミュニティにもたらすでしょう。

このトイレは、パラグアイや他の国の多くのコミュニティへの一例となるでしょう。)
