We’d like to share an important update regarding the manufacturing of QSS. Due to the ongoing tariff conflict between the U.S. and China, and following messages and suggestions from many of you, we’ve made the decision to relocate production to Vietnam.

This change is intended to reduce risk and uncertainty, and to avoid the rising costs and delays associated with manufacturing in China under current trade conditions. Vietnam presents a more stable alternative for ensuring smooth and reliable production.

The new factory in Vietnam has confirmed their ability to manufacture our product. However, due to high demand (many companies are making the same shift), our production slot will likely begin in about two months. While this does mean a additional wait, we firmly believe it’s a better option than depending on the resolution of the China–U.S. trade situation, which could take much longer.

We truly appreciate your continued patience and support. Please know we’re doing everything we can to deliver your planetarium as soon as possible and with the quality you expect.
