山口県の地域でコツコツとコーヒー屋を営むことができました。
39年間さまざまな時代を経て来ました。 2019年に起きたコロナで人々の生活には一気に変化せざるおえなくなりました。しかし、これからどんな時代になろうとも、AIや技術がさらに進む中でも、人と人とのつながりは欠かせません。 

生産者の多くは受賞歴もあり、国を代表する生産者の一人であります。 彼らは自分たちのコーヒーだけを美味しく、高品質に仕上げることではなく、周りの地域やコーヒー生産者の友人、パートナーへのサポートや環境配慮にも取り組み、高品質なコーヒーを作り続けるために努力しております。 ただの美味しいコーヒーを作るだけではなく、利他業の精神を持って、彼らはそれぞれの役割を持ち、コーヒーに情熱込めています。
